Will be interesting to see how you get on with the fasting, in theory should be good.

Any chance I can borrow your legs for the after shots...

haha I've always had bad shoulders so upper body has really suffered but I can really crank up the intenstity on legs. love training them. Actually Training them AM tomorrow. Grin.

anyway yes mate I am interested in the fasting myself more as a change and an experience as well as to cut bodyfat. plus I ate 2000kcal in 1hour today which is a good feeling on a diet and still within daily cals so I am not doing anything wrong.

P.S- your journal makes my hungry.

I did intermittent fasting for a good while, absolutely loved it, prefer it to bulking tbh. You soon won't even think about food in the fasting stage

Knock down a fat burner when fasted, uptake is mental and let the sympathetic nervous system kick in

just back from another 30min hill sprinting  been fasting since 4pm yesterday so will be hiving something shortly probally a pro/fat meal.

left shoulder is giving me bit of jip so will sort trigger points in left trap, stretch lats and foam roll t spine this morning that usually sorts it out.
