Goal:  Cut up get waist down and some strength ones. Decent Tan too 
Weight: 211.25 lb /95.8kg
Assisted- yes.

          14 day CD  starts today I have been doing the diet since Wed of last week so dropped water already started at  222.50lb 
            
          Weight- 211.25lb  
            
          Diet 
            
          8.00 8 whites 3 yolks pesto 
          1.00 200g lean steak lettuce 
          4.00 40g whey 
          6.00 200g chicken onion 2 tlbsp gravy 
          9.00 40g whey 
            
          no cardio at present I am shattered as it is. If weight loss drops below 1lb I will likely add some in.

              hopefully.  I'm still not sure what diet I am going to run after this crash one... Plan is once I get down to 14 stone I will start building back up again. With a tan lol.

                    Cool I have that same goal as well I haven't seen my full abs in ages. lol
                     
                    diet is not as bad as I thought it would be actually. I'm quite low on energy as you would expect but I am only weight training twice a week and no cardio at present so its not too bad. 
                     
                    It is based on Lyle McDonald's rapid fat loss handbook. I gave it a read before I started and the above is what I came up with. I am just out of a bulk and thought it would be a good way to kick start things.

                              Big drop from yest but i seem to drop 2.5lb then 1.5lb then 1lb and back to the bid drop. And as I have too much time on my hands- a graph 
                               

                               
                              Diet will be more or less the same today it wont change much for the next while. If I do feel myself breaking I might factor in a cheat meal then some cardio but its only for 2 weeks so I should be alright.
                               
                              Tuesday tho I would usually get 2 pizzas from dominoes as it is two for one night... hehe.
