2 scoops USN PWO- appx 9.30 am
12.00 - Tin Mackerel / 1/2 packet Ainsley Harriet Cous Cous
15.00 - 2 Chicken & Peri Peri Wraps
18.00 - Homemade Cauliflower & Wholewheat pasta bake
21.00 - just about to have 6 Brazil Nuts + NRG Banana / Milk shake
Not brilliiant I know but better than usual , need to sort a diet for next week when I'm back at work
May be very shake heavy as I only get 2 x 10 minute breaks during the day and can't normally face solid food for breakfast .
Thinking something along the lines of
7am - Breakfast - 3 x weetabix , 4 boiled eggs
9 am PWO - Shake
11.30 Break#1 - shake
1.30 Lunch - Tuna / 1/2 packet cous cous or pasta
4.30 Break #2 - shake
7 - Dinner - Whatever the GF cooks - generally healthy stuff tho
10 - Mackerel / sardines / Pilchards , handful of nuts
Might have to have a go at making some protein bars to help out whilst at work
