    Theres a few in this SUC who have lay claim to the snazziest briefs but you,re on top as of now......Good luck and good shape already, not to be too cheeky but how old are you?
    Its never to late to become what you might have been !

      One of the older members on MT but still looking to get into shape - hopefully the SUC will keep me on track this time.
       
      Currently weighing in at 82.6 Kg / 13 stone / 182 lbs  , reckon I need to get down to around 160 lbs to get to a good condition.
       
      Cardio is pretty appalling at the moment and strength is way down after 2 chest infections in quick succession followed by a lower back strain put me out of action for a while.
       
      Will be unassisted throughout and definitely need to get into good eating habits - rather than having next to nothing all day and then gorging in the evening!
       
      Basic stats are 
       
      Height - 5'7"
      Chest - 44
      Waist - 36
      Upper arm - 16.5
      Thigh - 24
      Calf - 16
       
      Going to be using the Gaspari conditioning guide , with plenty of complexes, circuits and tabatas thrown into the mix.

            Look to be in good shape Donny, can see you progressing well. Try and hit the poses regularly too, get used to them - as you're not showing off your best there.
             
            Would be happy to be in that nick when I hit 52!

                    Trained Chest & Bi's yesterday in the afternoon and the gym was rammed , normally I train early doors and although it was good to have a bot of banter I much prefer it when there's only a handful of people in there.

                    120k x 3 x 8 (only just on the last set!)
                     
                    Lunges
                    45k x 8 , 40k x 10
                     
                    Leg Press
                    100k x 12 , 120k x 10 (Glad there wasn't a 3rd set on here!)
                     
                    Hanging leg raises

                    Incline Crunches

                    Finished off with 20 mins steady on the X Trainer

                      Hagler is my all time favourite boxer - used to ove it when him, Leaonard, Hearns and Duran were all around.
                       
                      These days I'm more into watching MMA - boxing's lost it's sparkle for me.
                       
                      Aims wise I want to drop below 12 stone at least and to improve fitness whilst hangng on to what little muscle I've got !

                                Todays eats 
                                BCAA intra workout
                                2 scoops USN PWO- appx 9.30 am
                                 
                                12.00 - Tin Mackerel / 1/2 packet Ainsley Harriet Cous Cous
                                15.00 - 2 Chicken & Peri Peri Wraps
                                18.00 - Homemade Cauliflower & Wholewheat pasta bake
                                21.00 - just about to have 6 Brazil Nuts + NRG Banana / Milk shake
                                 
                                Not brilliiant I know but better than usual , need to sort a diet for next week when I'm back at work
                                May be very shake heavy as I only get 2 x 10 minute breaks during the day and can't normally face solid food for breakfast .
                                 
                                Thinking something along the lines of 
                                7am - Breakfast - 3 x weetabix , 4 boiled eggs
                                9 am PWO - Shake
                                11.30 Break#1 - shake
                                1.30 Lunch - Tuna / 1/2 packet cous cous or pasta
                                4.30 Break #2 - shake
                                7 - Dinner - Whatever the GF cooks - generally healthy stuff tho
                                10 - Mackerel / sardines / Pilchards , handful of nuts
                                 
                                Might have to have a go at making some protein bars  to help out whilst at work

                                  Your lifting is impressive mate...........yeh gonna have to get a decent low carb protein bar recipe myself............Weetabix for brekky for me too with a couple of scoops of vanilla whey mixed in its bloodly lovely, when I start cutting will be swapping them for eggs for breakfast, i,m not looking forward to that as eggs don,t always agree with me I get sick of them quickly, will have to come up with some alternatives me thinks.

                                    Tri Pushdowns
                                    45k x 6 ( bit too much delt involvement - dropped weight, 40k x 8 / 8
                                    Skullcrushers
                                    30k x 2 x 8
                                    Close Grip Bench 
                                    70k x 8 / 7 (did these instead of kickbacks as recommended in Gaspari routine)
                                     
                                    Cardio will be later today
                                    Managed a small bowl of fruit & fibre + 4 bolied eggs before gym , first impression - prefer training on an empty stomach but will stick with it for a bit
                                     
                                    My son has persuade me to get tickets for UFC 138 , was hugely disappointed after 120 so who knows what looks like a ropey card may turn out to be a decent event, fingers crossed

                                      Food today 
                                      Breakfast - 7.30 = Bowl of fruit & fibre + 4 boiled eggs , 300 ml fruit juice
                                      PWO - 2 scoops whey in water, 50ml Udo's
                                      Mid morning - 11 ish - Remnants of last nights pasta bake
                                      Lunch - 2 x Tuna / mayo wraps
                                      Tea - Beef stir fry & noodles
                                      Supper will be herring fillets
