Well a chap who used the exact same protocol as myself using pump n' pose gained roughly 2".

The advertised protocol uses 240ml of SEO, using a different protocol that uses 204ml of SEO should surely result in some gains, if not as much? Even if using a different protocol like I did which gave 0.5" why has this disappeared so quickly?

I play football competetivley and happy with my size and strength but wud like to show a bit more ab's and cut my body fat down, would syntheburn help me shift bodt fay around my gut, I train CV 3 x a week pretty intense and train weights 4 x a week, my diet could be better but I find it too hard to change, just looking for a bit advice.

You can mix it with anything you wish. It also works just as well SQ, so you can just use a 30g in the stomach.
