Looking good. What are your thoughts on taking dianabol alone? I've never been on a cycle so this would be my first. I just don't like the idea of needles and the problems that can occur (infection, absyss' etc.) Just wondering if you think dianabol alone would be worth a try or a waste of time?

Id have to drop down to sub 12 stone to acheive that defontion on my abs...some people have all the luck with genetics, unfortunately for me my last knockings are in that area...im so jealous how these fitness guys have like sub 30" waists then wicked bulk on top, id be struggling to get to 31 inch waist...i never for one minute considered if the torso was true representation of the model..i wasnt judging him on his bodybuilding acheivements . Bexy you and i both know that aint true "not for the want of trying"...lol...men are such a fickle species (without generalising to heavily)

Felt a bit puffy yesterday wiv my top off in soho square..so many guys with bodies like gods...should be renamed eyecandy square lol...so im dropping the cals a tad again..stupid fat always starts to regroup at the front...looking tight in the morning so im thinking some of it might be water which im guilty of not drinking enough of...espresso always seems a better option

I know how you feel about the water mate. I look nice and sharp in the mornings also. Do you think you would need to drop below 12 stone to achieve super sharp abs? You were looking large when at your biggest. I think by loosing the water and a touch more fat you could have that model in your sigs abs at about 12 st 5/7. If you think about it, if you were a model and doing an up and coming shoot, you would deffo dry out to look as sharp as poss. Also the lighting / effects of the photo combined with a pro photographer always makes them look great. We take ****ty shots with a digicam and we wonder why they dont look as good LOL. Pro set up, tan, dehydrated, photographic effects and i am sure we would not look too far away from that photo ab wise. Incidentally that guys shape is very good. I have a nice wide shoulder girdle and a small hip girdle so in theory the base it there for me, but that guy has a naturally large, wide chest, which i dont have, my delts seem to grow instead. I cant figure out if thats a good or a bad thing LOL. Anyway mate i think lean gains are the best way forward, also i plan on using the autumn / winter for lean bulking and the spring summer for looking nice and sharp. Whats your long term plans?

Long term plans are pretty much what im doin now ..try and keep topped up but not too much so i lay down much fat...i know a little is nesecery..im quite happy with my present conditon so its really a case of identifying the areas that need bringing up in line with everything else..legs need a lot of work, wanna get more bulk in my tris and chest..thats about the size of it..plateuing a few excersises now so time for a big shake up
