This is the new diet plan to go forwrd with now into what will be ten months training completely unassisted medications wise. After much deliberation of self analysis ive decided to eat to bulk but keeping carbs low to moderate and fats in there were needed and no more than is required. So its gonna be a clean moderae carb bulk up and well just have to suck it and see.I dont wanna put alter my bodyfat too much from this level now but i do want to increase mass so with the alterations in my career and extra time ill get to eat etc etc im hopefull i will be able to put some bigger stats in journal come end of this year.

Nah ill leave all that crap alone in future....especially cheese, icecream, minced beef for spag bol ...all thats in the past.IM a tad over 14 stone now and could quite easily go back too 15 1/2 stone but itd be a lot of fat again.Ive learnt i can gain mass quickly but its fat mass and this little leaning out period has opened my eyes.Lots of quality food now is the way for me.As i said above high protein low/moderate carbs and a few fats in there and shovel that in constant to see what happens.

I was on lower carbs than that from just b4 christmas through till a few weeks ago and was eating roughly the same minus bread , rice etc etc my only carbo intake was vege based really and my morning muesli (i felt it important to have a slow release carb in the morn).I would consider what im doin now moderate carb intake...as too how many grams m8 i couldnt be bothered to sit down and work it all out.I know how much ive to eat to gain weight and im up a pound and half already but i dont want no fat this time, not that i carry a lot but the little i carry is on my abs and their quite prominant already (probably a little genetics and about a decade of bending over tying steel for a living).I shed about a stone and half on my low carb cycle of which was all fat..and i still werent shredded....all the calcs and estimates i made are in here somewhere.

OK latest update is im gonna drop my BF lower after much thought and a bit of persuasion i think realistically its the best course of action for me.Im soon to be a mature student off my own funding so "moneys to tight to mention" and after just a couple of weeks of eating more (not even up to full cal yet) its just so apparent how much of a struggle it would be. So im just gonna take it steady drop my carbs a bit (not that i really went heavily back into them) and see what happens.

why dont u bulk while u can then cut when you have to lower ur budget ? Make out a list of the food you need, compare different brands and prices and Im sure u'll be able to get a good amount of food. Maybe even enough for bulking. Asda tuna is dirt cheap, chicken breasts cheap especially if they're on sale and you could check out the cheapest bulk offer on whey and that way you could save up the cash ?
