Ok were on track now...had a little bit of a lul getting my HTPA firing again but were off and i stop clomid friday so trib should pull me through the early days ...but things are looking good ,strengthwise i feel back and enjoying my lifting again so i feel confidant manipulating my diet a bit further from here onwards... im holding at about 13 stone 10 pounds now and ive just seen photos of me at my christmas family meal at 15 1/2 stone lol....wat a fat freak...as soon as i get a copy ill post it up for the crack.

ok im still keeping carbs moderate..well really their probably equal to protein now but my CV output has been stepped up...i have no choice in this so its cool as its all part of my PT course...i get two breaks in the day for calorie consumption and an hour at lunch to train on the machines or free weights in the gym so im set up really....can lick my session in 30 mins and be back eating at lunch aswell b4 lectuer starts....how cool is that...then ill get added cardio in the form of heart rate exploration or circuit to music a few times a week.The scales aitn dropping but i think im woofing more food now but my skin is defonately tightening round my lower abs...the belly button is starting to stretch so im taking this as a good sign...damn abs...everything else is looking a bit ripped now....my backs gonna need to shed aswell.Ill hit the calipers when i feel the mirrors done its job and then ill post up new pics....might even lose the pale skin aswell.

just thought it worth mentioning the belly button stretch aint from outward swelling lol but rather as the skin is falling back towards the muscle .

Quick update...had to stick another hole into my belt bout an inch from the last lol...cardio at least three times a week now for 50 min duration...keeping up my lifting with no real strength drop off ....however im not increasing any weights, just maintaining lifts...lower abs are shaping up but real slow ...this is getting hard now...dropped my calories properly now to a proper definciency so im hungry all the time....just bought a whole tray of jelly as i need a treat food while im doin this otherwise im gonna start eating normal again plus im hoping this will give the little boost in energy i need sometimes when it all gets a bit much .

Glad to hear you`re shaping up mate. I can`t wait to start dieting!

I find diet coke helps kill my cravings and it keeps me pretty full. I drink loads when I`m dieting.

Are you using any supps? ECA?

Im just keeping things running nicely with trib and keeping my lifting strength up with crea but nothing else except if i go out then ill use some ephedrine based concoction but really only for recreational purposes...im ussually to busy to eat anyway which is cool as i just structure my time around meals rigidally so theres no moments where you end up staring at naughty foods..that jelly works a treat for instant hit when your feeling the pinch.

3.00 one chick breast and 1/2 portion rice
6.00 few handfulls of pea nuts
8.00 one chickbreast veg and sweet potatoe
9.00 one slice topped wiv pilchards
9.30 bunch of grapes

thats kinda like wat im eating per day ..it changes so wen im at home im eating smaller amounts more regular...but wen im in the gym (week on week off basis) thats my diet template.Another month id say before photos..im happy wiv the results so far thu but i wanna post up pics that are worth while and wiv definate unmistakable changes.
