Need more practice at these Calf Raise 120kg * 8 170kg * 8 Squats were pretty average, iv just not got a lot of confidence in them by myself. Hope to get one of my pals along to train regularly asap!!

Calf Machine Shrug 120kg * 5 165kg * 5 195kg * 5 195kg * 5 195kg * 5 195kg * 5 195kg * 5 Felt like iv not trained traps in ages, proper shrugs next week. 200kg sets minimum Moderate DOMS from yesterdays sesh in my lower back so today was trying to use as little lower back as poss hence no T-Bar

Super-charged session tonight, training alone but iv got a new MP3 player so had all the music to fire me up loaded; Rammstein, Korn, Marilyn Manson, D12, 50cent, Coal Chamer, AC/DC etc TRAIN MENTAL!!!!!
