I found wraps make your knees feel very stable. looks like some good targets!

Aye i saw the video for that one, i find it easier to corss my arms over my throat when doing them - keep your elbows high! Fronties are quality! You guna give conv pulling a go on Sunday?

165kg * 1PB - bit bigger hitch! could have done with more leg drive, confident that with better technique and a little more leg work 180kg will be hit rather soon!
