Hi chap good luck with micky tomorrow, my off season training was just 5x5 lifting as much as posiable,
the story is went to see the show that i am entering this year and thought i want to be on that stage so off to a local gym and just got my head down, eating lots and lifting as much as i could, prior to that i had not lifted a weight in about two and a half years,
In hindsight i should have contacted James then, as i just ate what made me grow but in the process i put on too much fat, I will not be making that same mistake again, this is the first time i have ever done a cut and it has opened my eyes shame its about 20 years too late, In the past i think i have eaten too many carbs on a bulk, but we all live and learn its been said every days a school day not wrong there if your mind is tuned into what you are doing, James gave me a routine but micky took it and made it work for me, I will have to go see Micky and would love to train with him, as i think i could learn a lot even in just one seasion. go with an open mind and i am sure he will be able to help you too.
I am the better cook in our house so i dont need to earn browney points, i cook because i like my cooking i will say no more !! not keen on choc cake but a nice cheeze cake or a fruit cake there you go get me talking about food thats all i seam to do these days talk about nice food, there`s a girl in the gym where i train that 2 week out from her contest and we both talk about nice food while on the tread mills
our conversation start out about training and diet and allways ends up about food.
