, Not sweating much but felt like a really good session. Going to stick with the bar at 85kg now
for deads and work my way up again.

Got a rotten ****ty stinking cold , been sneezing all day and nose streaming

Really starting to wonder what my max deadlift will be , think i could well beat my 137.5kg PB from before

              Deadlift


              Just a normal

              5x5 @ 115kg


              Really not feeling good at the moment , have a fungal infection on my foot from running and the nastiest veruca on the ball of my foot , the f'ucker is huge and one of each of my little toes. Hopefully getting them frozen off and have some cream for my foot. On top of that i have just got a sinus infection.

              Cannot run at all at the moment and i am really starting to wonder if i am going to make the great south run  , doctor has told me not to but i dont want to let the charity down or the people that have sponsored me.

              Even if i do make it , i am not going to be able to run the full 10 miles. At the rate things are going , i will be lucky if i can run 5. If things do not improve soon , the only other option i have is to maybe do another run instead a month later and transfer all the sponsors to that race instead.

              Feeling abit gutted to be honest and dissapointed in myself , feeling abit **** about the whole running thing to be honest. I feel like i have let myself down aswell.

                    Have you still got plans to look at getting a rack. I know there was a special offer on at Powerhouse Fitness but i'm not sure how long for. - Worked out at around £130 i think for the standard rack - if you can afford it the model with the pulley attachment it's well worth it.
                    Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

                            Right , ive had a good break as i have a fungal infection on my foot aswell as verucas lol and antibiotics ofr my chest again. Seem to be mended so far and the verucas come off next month.

                            Had a quick easy session today and felt good.

                            Having problems with grip on bar , so getting some liquid chalk

                                Got some DOMS today , not too bad...just under the armpits mainly

                                Just bought another 110kg of weight plates , well happy as it only cost £30 with another bench aswell and 5 bars in total. Couldnt say no for such a cheap price.

                                Should take my bar up to 150-160kg now

                                Going to do a workout in abit i think , maybe some squats

                                      I do the occasional normal session of say 5x5 , but i just find it boring

                                        Great news on the bargain weights you got there Ballbag. Not as cheap as mine but then yours were ready to use

                                        Upped the weight on my bar today to manage a PB Deadlift of 170kg so well happy with that and will be celebrating with a few pints tonight Well deserved aswell. I bet i even manage to leave the brownie when i get home after a few
