essex_chris Great news on the bargain weights you got there Ballbag. Not as cheap as mine but then yours were ready to use You know what , the second i posted that i thought to myself "I bet chris comes along and says not as good of a bargain as his" <<<< My exact thoughts at the time!

Had 3 weeks off Had problems with my knee and a chest infection/flu and call of duty mw2 came out hahaha Had my final meal tonight , full english....ready to start for tomorrow.

First day back , no training today as i wanted a first day diet first and it will get rid of some bloat. Going to start training tormorrow with some lifting and cardio

Well its been a while since I done any deads , come in nice and easy today and felt a little light headed doing them , wasnt planning on them so didnt eat as if I was. Nice easy session and the 125kg was easy , will build myself back up each session. Feels great being back at the weights and not just cardio. Deads 5x 50kg 5x 50kg 10 x 50kg 5 x 50kg 5 x 50kg 1 x 125kg 1 x 125kg 5 x 50kg 5 x 50kg 5x 50kg Quick squat and yes still no rack and Im still a pussy when it comes to doing them 5 x 50kg 5 x 50kg Easy but somewhere to start and christ I still hate doing them without a rack.

Going to squat today and throw in some more deads and maybe some over heads. Starting new proper routine on monday with a new diet.
