DOMS have kicked in from my day five 5 mile run , will see how the squats feel later and throw in some other exercises i think , time to start some ab work. Crunches will be good for a start!
So not sure what is on the cards for later but some type of squat will be there today , even if only low weight with plenty of reps.
Will probably have a few deadlifts , not many though as i will do a full routine of them tomorrow as it will have been a week since the last set.
Will be looking to do deads in to over head press in one motion soon as that really gets me pumped and my heart racing.
Would like to start doing some power cleans soon aswell , will have to see as i do not fancy breaking the patio or making giant holes in the grass hahahaha
Once my body is fully adjusted , will start throwing in some intense circuits along with the weight sessions.
I think things are going to start to get more interesting
