NOt sure whats planned for today yet , still have some bicep DOMS. So maybe some more squats and a few weighted lunges.

Day thirteen Had a couple of days off , was needed and muscle growth in still going :-) , going to do some squats today and maybe something else. Feeling really good today and focused.

Day thirteen Squats 10 @ 30kg 10 @ 30kg 10 @ 30kg 10 @ 30kg 10 @ 30kg 20 @ 30kg 15 @ 30kg 10 @ 40kg 10 @ 40kg 15 @ 40kg 10 @ 40kg 10 @ 50kg <<< grrrr no rack is annoying 10 @ 50kg 10 @ 50kg 170 squats As said before , i wont go over 50kg without a rack...i am still pretty sure i can get a 100kg squat. Cant wait to find out , as sad as that sounds lol

Good going mate, my best 20 rep squats were at 85kg but that was in the days of when I had a good back.... Once you get a rack you can get some decent 20 reppers in, also reckon you will have no problem with a 100kg squat. Any news on a power rack?

GRIFF 1980 Good going mate, my best 20 rep squats were at 85kg but that was in the days of when I had a good back.... Once you get a rack you can get some decent 20 reppers in, also reckon you will have no problem with a 100kg squat. Any news on a power rack? 50kg is easy , can feel it on the legs though which is good...have not had any doms from the squats though which is even better. Got one lined up this week , if that falls through i will get one from powerhouse or make one myself.

It's a great investment, you won't regret it. Only problem with mine is that it is in the dining room, which doesn't please the g/f.

GRIFF 1980 It's a great investment, you won't regret it. Only problem with mine is that it is in the dining room, which doesn't please the g/f. Yeah it will be good , will def have one by next week. I hopefully have a decent treadmill coming from a friend of the gf , will borrow that for 3 weeks so i can get some more running in. Dont think she realises that part of the kitchen will become a dedicated running centre  She will try and banish me to the garage , put money on it.

Pretty happy at the moment , but left wanting to do more...I think i have done enough today and really wanting to start lifting heavier so that shall happen i think. Going nicely though.
