I'm already dreading my earlies next week as it's the school hols, and that's only for the 1 week! Thankfully got my L-Glut today tho so hopefully start feeling a bit more prepared now

A - Increase weight next week B - Keep same weight C - Drop weight next week A - Increase weight next week B - Keep same weight C - Drop weight next week Legs & Shoulders Back squat (Power squat) 200kg x 15 (A) +7reps 210kg x15 (A) +7 reps 220kg x 15 (A) +7reps Hack squat machine 125kg x 13 (B) 135kg x 11 (B) 145kg x 8 (B) SLDL 122.5kg x 9 (A) +2reps 122.5kg x 8 (B) +2.5kg 122.5kg x 6 (B) +2.5kg Standing shoulder press 55kg x 8 (B) 52.5kg x 8 (B) 50kg x 8 (B) +1rep Cable side lat raises 7.5kg x 10 (B) +2reps 7.5kg x 8 (B) +1rep 5kg x8 (B) So decided to keep weights similar to last week and start gradually increasing reps in an attempt to get some work done on the quads without aggravating my knee any more. Result not too bad so far and wasnt hobbling like a cripple by the end of the session! Shoulder press stalled at same weights as last week except one more rep on last set but prob could have squeezed another one out but lower back was feeling it. Ok session all in all, nothing to get excited about!

Still will increase my main set next week to 202.5kg which is my highest ever working weight at nearly 2 stone heavier!! PB's on the horizon !!! As a result of the deads possibly, my chins took a hit!!! lost a rep here and there but rows were up so who cares lol ! Sacked skullcrushers off for CGBP on the smith which has a really heavy bar and not counterbalanced like some of them so will only record actual weight on bar. Bit of a feller session but felt the tri's get hit nicely! Pushdowns as a pumper at the end, not fussed about these tbh!

Well to be honest i have increased cals slightly so it may help! Also, Sunday used to be a real low carb day and now i am less anal about it and generally eat no carbs first sitting and have a roast at second without any bad effects !!

Moved up to the 40kg dumbells for my main set of incline press and was shocked that i hit 7 reps, thought i wouldnt get that many, increased on everything after too! Hammer press was improved, slight improvements on fat barbell curls but very hard earned! Token couple of sets of the remainder as i was short on time! Starting to really enjoy chest day!! Buzzing after hitting the 40kg bells!

mad increases... 40kgs dumbell is another ench mark to pass imo.. i havent done them for years.. good stuff i need to work harder try catch u on weighted dips
