Right lurgi has pretty much died.  I'm taking the rest of today off, and all being well should be hitting the iron tomorrow.  Spent my time off reading Stuart Mcrobert's "Brawn".  Great read and has questioned at least some of what I have been doing.

I have been out and bought a couple of tiny 0.5kg plates, and I am putting together a training programme which will focus on gaining strength in the major lifts this off season.

Cannot wait to get back to it.

Yup.  How are you doing, lurgi wise?

Decided to take a little more time off, just to get rid of every last sniffle, even though I'm feeling myself now.

Have suddenly become very busy with my new business start up, so training may likely suffer a little while I get it on track.  Exciting times!

Right.  So according to some news I have heard on the grape vine this morning, I in fact was the third place finisher at the NPA SE, due to a recent disqualification.

Anyway, things moving along nicely.  Shall be better with my journal soon, just so damn tied up with starting my new business.
