Looking a bit leaner but not really feeling it yet. Still got a spare tyre sitting there to get rid of!
I'm out of protein now and the place where I get it from is closed due to the floods.
Was relying on the protein to replace the snacks I was having before, not sure what to have now?
Also all the diet drinks have gone so no Coke Zero or Pepsi Max which I was also using to kill any cravings I got for sweet stuff!
Ah well, at least my house isn't flooded.
Lunch is now pretty much this every day:
3 bread (195kcal), tin of tuna (106 kcal), tbsp mayo (90kcal) + peppers = 400 kcal
Then dinner is meat and veg/spag.
After workout meal is the tuna sandwich again.
I snack on 130 g bags of apple slices, maybe two a day (70kcal x 2).
Basically I want to be in this sort of shape:
Possible for me, naturally?
