Hi W1ill, would love to know my BMR, I was always thinking about going and getting it done but never got around to it. According to this http://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html  it is: BMR = 1943 Calories/day 
 
Sounds a bit low?
 
I used to look into all the nutritional details and write it all down but I never stuck to it.  Now I'm just trying to eat less than before.
 
Can't wait for the Cbeebies! Hopefully I can get her to do some Zumba with me.
 
I've had a cold this week and my arm is still hurt so no gym but will get back on it tomorrow. Lost 1 kg though from not eating so much rubbish.

    that calculator is a bit odd. I calculated my ideal weight on it and it suggested as low as 96lbs which is 6 stone if i calculated it right!

      Wednesday 21-9-11: 30 mins CCSV
       
      I seem to have developed a rather bad fun size Snickers addiction.  When I go down to the shop in the day I normally buy a pack of apple slices and a Pepsi Max but lately I have been getting a fun size Snicker. They are only 95 kcal but it all adds up.
       
      Arm is still bad so no weights yet, just cardio. Will try and start the Tae Bo fitness dvd tomorrow if I get time.
       
      Got really bad wind too. Mrs is not pleased.  Too much veg I think.

        Only a suggestion but, maybe you need to re-avulate your diet to reach your goal, go on here; www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator
         
        Use the harris benedict formula as a guide for maintenace Kcals, then write a food log for a few days and see where your at from there, get into a nice Kcal defecit from diet & exercise, keep protein high, suger low (except after weights) and complex carbs low except around training and you'll lose fat
        PB's - All at 90kg
        Squat - 180kg
        Deadlift - 220kg
        Bench - 130kg
        Push Press - 90kg
         
        Current Avi - August 2011 - 90kg

          This is going from bad to worse! Am looking fatter than before I started. A week's holiday hasn't helped but at least had made me realise I look out of shape in my swimming trunks!

            Food: 1 slice of toast, 1 Starbucks muffin, 1 Starbucks Frappe & Scone, Thai Pork and Rice
            Gym: 30 mins cardio.

              Diet: 1 toast, ham & cheese sandwich, tuna Subway, chicken katsu chicken and rice, smoothie, peanuts, whey shake.
              Gym: 30 mins cardio
               
              Not bad, didn't cook tonight but eating out wasn't too unhealthy.
               
              We are due some flooding soon and there are 100s of crocodiles on the loose - should be an exciting few days ahead:

                  Tonight is supposed to be the night! We are 7 floors up so we won't get flooded but there is talk of the power getting cut and the drinking water turned off.
                   
                  We were tempted to leave the city but people have been double parking on the motorways as they elevated so keep their cars dry but also blocking the main highways out of town!
                   
                  I'm sure it will come to nothing in the end.
                   
                  Luckily the gym is in the apartment buildings!

                        We went away for a week to an island as we were getting cabin fever here in Bangkok but are back now.  Still waiting for the floods.  
                         
                        I didn't do any exercise for a week but I did only eat two meals a day and have managed to lose 3kg and look less chunky around the middle which is good.  But now I am back I have to try and not eat so much.  I'm going to try this:
                         
                        0900: Whey in Water
                        1100: Tin of Tuna & Mayo 3x Toast
                        1300: Indoor Cardio
                        1400: Whey in Water
                        1800: Dinner
                        2000: Weights and Cardio
                        2100: Whey in Water
                         
                        I will snack on fruit if I have to but will try and stick to this.  I think I am out of the shape up but am aiming for Christmas now as we have three weeks holiday so want to look good for the beach.

                            2200: 50g Cornflakes, Milk and Whey in Water
                             
                            The Sizzler let me down but still reckon I did ok calories-wise.
                            Ran for 25 minutes in the gym burning 360 calories.
                             
                            If I didn't come in at a calorie deficit I would be surprised.

                              Rest of the week went well but weekend wasn't so good. 
                               
                              No exercise on Friday or Saturday but did AM cardio on Sunday morning.
                               
                              Had beers and pizza on Friday night which set me back I'm sure.
                               
                              Weight is still down though and am now 92kg.
                               
                              Was looking at my stats and this time last year I was 89 kg and since then I have gone up to 98 kg and now down to 92kg. I wonder if I put on any muscle along the way or if it was all fat?

                                  Looking a bit leaner but not really feeling it yet.  Still got a spare tyre sitting there to get rid of!
                                   
                                  I'm out of protein now and the place where I get it from is closed due to the floods.  Was relying on the protein to replace the snacks I was having before, not sure what to have now?
                                   
                                  Also all the diet drinks have gone so no Coke Zero or Pepsi Max which I was also using to kill any cravings I got for sweet stuff!
                                   
                                  Ah well, at least my house isn't flooded.

                                  Lunch is now pretty much this every day:
                                  3 bread (195kcal), tin of tuna (106 kcal), tbsp mayo (90kcal) + peppers = 400 kcal
                                   
                                  Then dinner is meat and veg/spag.
                                   
                                  After workout meal is the tuna sandwich again.
                                   
                                  I snack on 130 g bags of apple slices, maybe two a day (70kcal x 2).
                                   
                                  Basically I want to be in this sort of shape:

                                    Im off to Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. Will be in Thailand from the 3rd Jan to the 8th. Bangkok on the 6th, 7th 8th - I think.
                                     
                                    Hope the floods clear up soon, it doesnt look pretty. Haven't heard much about them on the news over here.
