Shape Up Thai-Style! 05 September 2011 16:28 (permalink)
I've entered a few of these, finished one (think I got one vote at the end). Was debating whether to start this or not but thought might as well. If it helps me lose a kg or two it will be worth it.  I will be cutting with an aim to loose the gut and get some abs out (for the first time).

Stats:
Age: 31
Height: 6ft1
Weight: 95kg
BF: 20% ?
Goals: cut and see some abs
Assistance: just whey

I am ashamed to put these photos up after six years of training and being a member.  I barely look like I train and my main goal now is to look like I train when I have my top off. As I live in a hot country and spend a fair amount of time at the beach or by the pool it would be nice to have something to show for my years in the gym!

The Date:

Oh dear:

Seen worse:

Bit of width on the upper arm:

Didn't get off to a good start today as girlfriend brought home five egg custard cake things which I ate along with a Magnum.  Then went to the gym and hurt my bicep doing bench so looks like I might have to leave push exercises out for a while.  Will concentrate on legs and pulling for now.  Diet is crud as usual.  Might just try and substitute my meals with Whey for as much as I can.  These pictures really bring home how out of shape I am. Bring it!

6 years on and still cutting, sort it out!

Good luck with this. It will be more a test of consistency than anything else.

I'd love an X-Trainer but they are pretty big and expensive.

I was looking for a fold up exercise bike but couldn't find one out here.

you should choeograph an aerobic routine to all the Cbeebies tunes because believe me, when your girl gets a little bigger you wont have the choice of putting on your own DVDs
