Another attempt at this. I seem to join everytime and never make progress. I dont appear to change from each year. My consistancy, well lack of means when I do gain I lose it again when I stop training. Probably only spent two months this year working out.

Goal- to be consistant for the whole 12 weeks, that will be an achievement in its self. I'd like to finally get lean and
stay lean. Just stopped smoked, well had for three weeks until Sat night, I want to get fit. I plan to run as much as I can be bothered. I have a bike and rowing machine at home so don't really have an excuse not to some kind of cardio.
Picture quality is poor. I wont look any different by the end so not much point using my camera.

Oh yeah.. No diet plan or drugs, just hard work....
