You still have 5 weeks bud - lots can be achieved in that time frame. Just need a positive mental attitude bud

My heart was dropping out of it if I'm honest, but then this morning I sneezed getting out of the shower and in the mirror I saw my abs appear, been a while since I saw them, so gave me a real lift, I just need to stop eating so much bread and then I may lose more fat, but its one thing I cant seem to be able to do without

Everyone seems to have the 7 week blues. This is the home straight - there's still enough time to kick a5s.

I'm on the verge of hardly bothering with this myself. Too much life **** getting in the way, not with Welshy luckily enough. The diet is still doing it's thing so I'm dropping weight slowly but any weights or cardio has generally gone out of the window for the last 3 weeks

Sticking with your diet even when you don't get time to train will help, so don't give up!

Right i'm convinced that the scales in the gym are knackered, according to them during the last 7 weeks i've put on a kilo then lost 3. However on my flatmates digital ones i weighed myself, actually not sure think it was 5 ish weeks ago and just weighed myself now and i've lost 5kg. This has cheered me up no end as that would mean 2.2lbs off weight loss a week. Back Of The Net!!!!

Not too bad have lost just under a stone and strenght if anything is up and cardio has improved only problem is I personally cant see a physical change
The streets are still, the final struggle's ended;Flushed with the fight we proudly hail the dawn!See, over all the streets the fascist banners waving,Triumphant standards of our race reborn!
