He's such a bloater. PL you need to make more effort mate. If you need any tips shifting the fat PM me.

I just shifted over 100lbs of fat to the kitchen for a coffee, and then just for the hell of it i shifted it back upstairs again
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

Fat ain't shifting

Yes we can all see that by your avatar pic

Honestly it isn't - no fat is shifting from around my belly or on my back - and I can't see any elsewhere!

How long have you been keto dieting now Papa, might help switching to carb cycling for last few weeks.  I've heard it's more effective after a stint of keto.

8 weeks or so now.  Been considering carb cycling.  May be worth a bash.

Papa, I'm switching to it as soon as I come back from holiday.  Should help knock the holiday lb's off in time for my bro's wedding.  There's a good artical on T-Naiton (although think it's T-Muscle or something now) by Chris Thibadux (still forget how to spell it!)

8am          50g whey and 25g of peanut butter
11am        5 eggs
2pm          50g whey and 25g of peanut butter
5pm          5 eggs

fair play to you, I couldnt do that for more than a day or two, I'd be bored out of my brain and my will power would go straight away, most likely why my belly isnt shifting as too fond of carbs

Exactly.  No-one said it was easy .  Thats why a lot of people are fat or overweight because the other options of stuff ones face are much easier (not a dig ps!).  Of course THERE ARE OTHER REASON TOO.

Re:Shape-Up general discussion - 01 July 2009 07:22
highs and low's today, managed 200kg on dead for 2 reps after 4x6 at 170 so was really happy. However got home weighed myself and i've not lost any weight in the last week which is very very bad. The only thing i can do is add HIIT for 10 mins after weights but tbh i'm feeling so burnt out all the time already. Getting up for my AM cardio is a serious struggle at the mo, makes me sore,  dizzy and feel like crap.

Really don't know what else to do, really wanted to get below 90kg before the end only need to drop 3.5kg  but seems a long way off the way this week has gone.

at the moment i'm doing 11 cardio sessions at 120bpm pw, 3 cardio sessions at 168-170bpm pw and weights 3x pw. Diet at the mo is

Meal 1
 6 Raw Egg Whites
2 Tea Spoons Of Peanut Butter

Meal 2

80 Tuna

Meal 3

50g Whey in Water 2 teaspoons of peanut butter

Meal 4

80g tuna

Meal 5 PWO

40g carbs
50g Whey in water

Meal 6 Pre Bed

1x Chicken Breast

Supplementing with multivits and Omega-3 tabs as well. I can't cut anymore out of that diet i don't think, been on that diet for about 5 weeks now.

Oddly after me moaning etc, seems bigger 48 hour starchy carb ups are working -
i'm now down to 15 stone 7lbs.  Seems 3-4lbs dropped in 3-4 days.  Odd.  Strength is higher than ever too?  I don't get it.

Re:Shape-Up general discussion - 01 July 2009 09:08
I do agree with you mate however i've dropped 5kg's in the last 5 weeks, its only this last week that has seen it stop. I could eat more carbs after training and up the Protein a little i guess but now i'm worried that my body will just whack this away in fat stores as its used to this diet now.

When i bulk i don't need to eat much more than say 3-3.5k calories a day and i can put on over 1.5kg in weight and i weight 93.5kg at the mo. In theory to add weight i'd need to be around or just over the 4k mark. Fat loss has always been a major problem for me, i did the first few weeks of the shape up with a healthy diet, carbs for breakfast and after training and didn'd shift a lb.

IMO, not enough fats in your diet.  Your diet is neither keto nor higher calorie, its somewhere inbetween.  Add more fats to your tuna meals to start IMO.

I'm the same - my sets and weights have increased during my cut.

Yesterday, I overdid my carb up with a high sugar drink too soon after protein shake (within an hour or so).  I literally got out of the gym, stumbled across the road outside LA Gym in Bristol, stumbled up the embankment, got behind a hedgerow and chucked my guts up yesterday.  Not my wisest moment!

Put our monster £3 BBQ into use this afternoon. Sun was shining, birds were singing, pasty white skin was on display - and as we wandered through Asda it was hard to refuse all the stuff that was reduced. Cooked 4 burgers, 2 rolled up sausages, 3 pieces of steak.

Made a lovely red onion & cucumber raita type thing with plenty of salt and pepper and some red wine vinegar. Think i might make that more often as a bit of sauce to go with chicken & veg. Was very nom

Weigh in tomorrow. I picture the dumf dumf dumfs from the end of eastenders ringing out in my head moments before i step on and then waiting 24 hours instead

Well I've had some stomach cramps this morning, which I think is down to the Dominos pizza and garlic bread I had last night.   FFS!

I did barbeque but ate venny burgers. I had pimms aswell but it's got fruit in it so it's sort of health drink really.

So in summing up - yes, i smashed the arse out of it

Anyway, I just read in General that abs are rubbish on a skinny guy so Im screwed anyway
