Neb Redman...you're shape up bid is dead to me In my defence... Having not trained for a year and having originally being nearly 17 stone when i did train, im putting the extra weight down to muscle growth... lol

Everyone progressing ok? Been reading through more journals and other peoples thread than i thought. Great source of inspiration for me.

Can i just ask a really stupid question here? If the shape up finishes on monday 27th July but the after photos dont have to be in until sunday 2nd august, cant people just continue there bulking/cutting right up to 2nd august and then post there pics on the last night? Or are people checking when the pics were taken? Fi?

Progressing just fine, weight is off a little but fat is dropping off, which is good. Just about to carb up on Sunday too, with 900g of carbs - around 500g will be simply sugars too - Haribo

In the same way that people were given some time before the start of the comp to get their pics taken and post them up, you have a bit of time after the comp finishes to get your photos taken and posted up. So yes technically, you could leave it until the day before to take your pics, but then everyone has this opportunity to do so  .. the leeway is there for those that might be away or on hol etc, gives them a bit of extra time to get organised.

I had a bit of a 2 day bender after my exams. Fair amount of booze and meals out, I need to get off the creatine really to judge my progress re. weight. Lifts constantly up though.

Must admit I've had a few portions of Lasagne this week for lunch, but if anyone knows Bellinis in Ilkeston then they'll appreciate why, but it was on days where I was doing both weights and cardio to balance it out.
