How's the weekend gone then folks?

Mine's been good, really good
Diet has been really clean too.  Went for lunch with my bro on saturday and had a chicken salad, then a bbq at a mates last night and I took 2 chicken breasts with me and a load of water to make sure I didn't have a sausage fest (easy now!) and magners session.

    first time since started ive eaten bad fish and chips ,while camping on well back on it now
    Everyone has been in shape,but not everyone is IN shape,its about where your going not where you have been.

        Another rubbish weekend for the diet :( drink lots and when I did eat it was chicken burgers and chips. tonight I ate two aeros, a ripple and a massive bit of chocolate cake!

                I've just got back from my holiday and have managed to put on the 2.5kg / 5.5lbs I had lost so far.

                Didnt drink much - about 5 beers over 3 nights but a fair few ice creams from the buffett.  Didnt think I'd put much weight on as I was only eating three meals a day but there you go.  On the plus side I have a bit of a tan now and look much better.  Going to go to find a tanning shop this week.

                Back in the game tomorrow - what week are we on now?

                            I had a thin slice of cheese earlier on my chicken.  Only deviation of my diet in over 3 weeks now... missed the 1st week out as i was having blood checks and hospital scans

                              I had about 7pints of fosters yesterday. No hangover as such but feel pretty crappy today - although feeling pretty rubbish is what started me having a few drinks in the first place

                              Silver lining to the cloud though, not dehydrated as i've drunk a ton of water since getting home and since waking up this morning and i'm still the same weight as my last weigh in. After a session on the cross trainer and sweating some off i'll be a touch lighter so stil heading in the right direction.
