Fell off the wagon so to speak yesterday,

Breakfast - 3 bacon, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, tinned toms , 6 slices white bread
    Dinner - KFC Bargain Bucket
Tea - Steak, chips & salad
Evening - Chinese chicken curry, egg fried rice, prawn crackers

Yes but we're into Week 7 now, so if the rest of the time your diet has been good, there should be no problem with having a scoff day.  Hope you enjoyed it

Im not sure if last night was a disaster or not.... Any help with a carb count? Im on a low carb/keto diet.

            We went nando's last night...

I had a bowl of spicy nuts for starters, half a chicken and 10 chicken wings with half a side of coleslaw.

What sort of carbs would be in this? Other than that, a carb has hardly passed my lips for nearly a week.

I had a craving for a pizza last night so I ordered one for delivery from PH.  Now I definitely said a Medium one ( a Terminator one ... "salvation from hunger" LOL!) ... but when it arrived it was a large and I just had to nom the whole lot didn't I.  ARGH

                I love Nando's

Will have to have one on carb up day and keep the meat as lean and fat free as poss with spicey rice to keep the fat content down.

                Is colslaw fatty?

From what i can remember, carbs in coleslaw are something like 10-15g per 100g... That puts me under the limit quite easily, its the nuts im more worried about. I dont know whats even in that bowl but theres atleast 3 different kinds with god knows what seasonings...
I presume the spice to the chicken wouldnt make a difference so its not that bad.

Oh and you can get low fat coleslaw but its high in carbs iirc.

one thing i hate about this cutting lark is no matter what when you look at yourself in the mirror all you can see starting back at you is something that resembles a stay puff marshmellow person (pc!), albeit in my case an incredibly handsome one!

Fell off the wagon so to speak yesterday,

Breakfast - 3 bacon, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, tinned toms , 6 slices white bread
                                    Dinner - KFC Bargain Bucket
Tea - Steak, chips & salad
Evening - Chinese chicken curry, egg fried rice, prawn crackers
4 bottles San Miguel (oh and a Mars bar)

all good & don't feel the slightest bit guilty!

That sounds like a great day!!!!

                                    x2 - I bet your colon's sulking though

that breakfast does sound lovely, got a transport cafe in mind to celebrate at the end of this, having one of their biggest breakfasts they do

and a nice steak and kidney pie with big puff pastry lid, thick cut chips, onion rings and peas is something else I'll be having once the 12 weeks is up.

also is it true that if your stomach is getting all soft and squishy does that really mean the fat is dropping off it?

one thing i hate about this cutting lark is no matter what when you look at yourself in the mirror all you can see starting back at you is something that resembles a stay puff marshmellow person (pc!), albeit in my case an incredibly handsome one!

Every f8cking thing is the one thing I hate.

I think I may be out....sorry to say it. Dieting has so far made me, more confident yes.....but also tired, irritable and generally run down.

I don't have what it takes to cut properly, over a longer period yes but for a small  12 week dedicated period I am ****e.

We shall see how it goes in the next few days.
