Cardifflad Dick Dastardly one thing i hate about this cutting lark is no matter what when you look at yourself in the mirror all you can see starting back at you is something that resembles a stay puff marshmellow person (pc!), albeit in my case an incredibly handsome one! Every f8cking thing is the one thing I hate. I think I may be out....sorry to say it. Dieting has so far made me, more confident yes.....but also tired, irritable and generally run down. I don't have what it takes to cut properly, over a longer period yes but for a small 12 week dedicated period I am ****e. We shall see how it goes in the next few days. Im not going to patronise or go out of my way here as this is your choice matey. I think it s bad idea to pull out now though, you need to finish atleast one shape up.... Even if the end result is poor. Remember ill be there at the end to make you look good!!!! hahaha

No point in putting all the 'man up's', 'be strong', 'stop being a pu55y' comments as you probaly heard them all before. If you do finish, can you go out and get fukced out of your face on lager and soak all the ale up with a singapore vermicelli??? Id like it if you did, then i can ask you all about it and it'll keep me going until my day comes...... Im counting the days till my vermicelli/lager feast!!! lmfao!

I have no willpower or dedication to dieting, nothing I can do about it. ha ha. If that makes me a pu55y then a pu55y I am ha ha. Nah I am still going to be good and get the physique I want to have (not massively far off it now) but won't make the changes needed in these 12 weeks as I have been trundling along at 40% if that. Cheers mate

There isn't any pressue - if you don't hit it by the 27th July, so what? You still have as long as you need to finish up the diet. Its just a bit of fun, no gains or loss if don't hit it on X date!

wondered what was going on there, now I think I get it, the OCD means several posts? I'm the same with the diet thing, been very hard and this week made a few blunders, shopping for food, trolley full of skimmed milk, lean meat, rice based snacks, oats etc etc all healthy then grabbed a few bags of midget gems and wine gums, I say few it was actually 5 bags of each Then today walking past the local Greggs, saw some granary rolls, thought I'll have them and then added two sausage rolls and a steak bake too think the next shape up I'll be doing will be a bulking one as far easier to stick to, but I'll see how I get on at the end of this.

RedHotF Cardifflad has OCPD - Obsessive Compulsive Posting Disorder ... lmao Less of the cheek half day girl!! Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - eg I take everything to the limit. I wake up in the morning thinking of dieting and cardio, I think about it all day, I go to sleep thinking about it. I get down hearted when I seem to be getting nowhere. etc etc I trained weights today though and it felt gooooood, I will reasses my choices when pic posting time comes. I may aswell post photos I suppose if only to get ridiculed.

Know the feeling bud - took my progress foto's for my half way point (started a week late) and I really don't think i've changed much in quite a few weeks, and considering the level of dedication i've given, the fact I haven't cheated, is quite disheartening. Still, gonna keep it up til 27th July and then cry instead LOL !

Sorry to hear your are having a tough time going on with it mate. I have a lot of sympathy - half of me thinks it's worth it and i'm going well, then the other half just sees the gut, doesn't see the weight dropping off, thinks all my lifts are basically a bit crap and wonders what's the point. I really take a lot of positives from reading this site, posting in my journal, making a note of my training/diet/cardio sessions but without taking it all too far and going into too much detail. I have to be in this for the long haul. I need the positive side effects from focusing parts of my life to spill out into the rest of it. I'm sure lots of other posters here will think the same as me - if there is anything we can do to help just ask
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

I guess this is the half way point - its where it gets tough. We are at a point that leaves us smaller than a lot of us were before, but still holding a degree of fat and water. Double the time up and there maybe double the results...
