You still have 5 weeks bud - lots can be achieved in that time frame. Just need a positive mental attitude bud

If it's any consolation, I have been struggling terribly with motivation also .... we must press on though

My heart was dropping out of it if I'm honest, but then this morning I sneezed getting out of the shower and in the mirror I saw my abs appear, been a while since I saw them, so gave me a real lift, I just need to stop eating so much bread and then I may lose more fat, but its one thing I cant seem to be able to do without

Everyone seems to have the 7 week blues. This is the home straight - there's still enough time to kick a5s.

I'm on the verge of hardly bothering with this myself. Too much life **** getting in the way, not with Welshy luckily enough. The diet is still doing it's thing so I'm dropping weight slowly but any weights or cardio has generally gone out of the window for the last 3 weeks

Sticking with your diet even when you don't get time to train will help, so don't give up!

While greenpeace and japanese whalers are still a problem when I have my shirt off, I feel great, plus my 2 month paid summer holiday starts on Friday. It is good to be an Anvil...
