huskyboy RACK I've come on lots since last week so still in the comp. Still not had a cheat though Fair play to you on that, I wish I could say the same, but I know my will power is just not there for dieting thats why I thought I'd see what could be done with just everything in moderation. Next time I'm bulking, fat boy food all the way! Well said that man!

As for me, ive already started lean bulking as of this week. Quite enjoying it too. Bit of a low carb day today as im carb cycling and had homemade rhubarb and custard for breakfast with some low carb crunchy muesli cereal i ended up making. Then fell back to sleep for 4 hours! Ive not been well this past week.

I'm going to the USA for a week with my job at the end of July and will have $50 plus food allowance per day, so goodness knows what shape I'll come back...though saying that I have only really lost 5 or 6 pounds so far...

I think that cake weighs about 6lbs $50 in the US a day? you could buy a massive amount for that if portion size is anything to go by!

My wife did the same thing - currently featuring in my sig. Luckily apathy got the better of her - or I'd be being craned out of my bed to appear on Jerry Springer.

Went to the gym for the first time in two weeks. My strategy for the last two weeks has been to not train and eat as little as possible whilst snacking on crisps. Not a good plan! My gym is so crud it puts me off going in. They were doing tricep dips in the only power rack today. Better than sit-ups like usual I suppose but still annoying. Had two cakes today too!

If your gym is so crud, can you not join another one? Well I turned my face away from the usual Friday donuts and muffins today. Yet had 4 chock biscuits tonight ruddy hell. Mind you no alcohol tonight so "that's alright then".

I have been asked by PM, so I will also mention on here for others that might be asking this. Yes it is OK to submit photos that have been taken earlier than the end date e.g. a week or 2 before the comp ends, as obviously we understand some members might be on holiday over the end date period. The same protocol applies to the start pics, in that there must be the date in at least one of the pics.
