Will decide on a cut off date for older pics today Brucie. You raise quite a vaild point, as at what point do we draw the line? If we say it's OK to have pics a month old then that effectively means some members have a months advantage over others.

OK in the interests of fairness for all, I will say that no pics are to be accepted from before 20th April. That is 2 weeks prior to the start date of 4th May. We have to have some sort of cut off date otherwise people could be linking to photos in their journal which are a month old and that would give them an unfair advantage over others! If anybody has linked to pics in their journal, that are dated before 20th April then please get some new ones up this week (with date on at least one!). Thank you for your patience

It pays to keep the ladies happy - don't forget to have proof of the date in your photo.

would like to do this, but biggest fear is having to post the before pictures especially of stomach area as years ago when I was eating for two! I put on 6stone so quickly its left me with what looks like a train map of london underground on my stomach. So will do/follow this in the background.

would like to do this, but biggest fear is having to post the before pictures Don't let that stop you. I was embarrassed about putting up my pictures but so far everyone's been very supportive! It takes some guts but use it as motivation to yourself, the goal here is to make a difference to your body in the way that you want - b*gger what anybody else thinks. If anyone takes the mickey then they don't have opinion worth listening to anyway! It's not easy, but making the commitment is one of the biggest hurdles. Go for it mate - it's much easier when you do this with the support of a group.

Anyone can join wasp. Easiest thing to do is take a pic holding your laptop with the BBC news page on, that's what I did

Do need a recent newspaper though please, or if that's not possible the telly in the background with the news on it or hold up a laptop with BBC news front page or similar.

go to image shack http://www.imageshack.us/ select browse on imageshack then select a picture from your PC,then press upload Once the image has uploaded (i selected the auto resize so all my pics are of the same size, just a tick box option) Now Copy and paste the first link at the top,the one highligthed then ,when you type your post on MT click the" PIC" icon above (^) (three to the right of the font size) then simply paste the imageshack link in there if you cant do it PM me mate
