Dedication mate :) I cant lift weights for a few weeks so am going to be ramping up the cardio so i dont mind one slip up :)

If it's any consolation, I'm going to an Oriental Nom-as-much-as-you-can-athon tomorrow for lunch. ARGHHHHHHHHHH

Great stuff, there's nowt like a bit of motivation!

I am doing my own shape-up for 3 months in the background (obv not entering the comp!) so I will be feeling your pain all the way. All for one and one for all

I think you should get some pics done Fi. I'm taking one for the team by joining in this time round so for a bit of mod solidarity you should enter too to represent the female mod team.

Just a quick reminder.  Pics have to be posted up by midnight tonight.  Any after that will not be accepted. 

THERE MUST BE AT LEAST ONE PIC WITH THE DATE ON IT

I am going out tonight and I may not be home in time by midnight to check everyone's threads to make sure you have conformed to the rules.  I have been trying to check them the last few days and given a few reminders, but I'm sure there will be some last minute entries.

Can any eagle-eyed members who are about tonight, keep an eye on things please and if you see anyone who has not got a dated pic, please remind them.  I don't want anyone to be disappointed tomorrow if we have to disallow their entry due to there not being a date on at least one pic.

No not this time, I can't really commit to it for the next 3 months as got a few holidays to force myself to go on.  You know how it is, life is tough for me

Good luck to all that have entered, and thanks to anyone who has commented on my thread, hopefully you'll all get as near as possible to your goals
 
I was going to go for the personal approach like theiopener and say it on everyones individual threads but there are far too many and I'm far too lazy!
