Just a gentle reminder - please remember to get the date in at least one of your photos, as I'm finding I am having to remind a lot of people!!

You could use any of these methods:

Hold a newspaper up
Have telly on in the background with the news
Hold laptop up with BBC frontpage or similar
Hold a sheet of paper up with the date on it

Im very nervous as with the wedding etc ive not followed a good diet or trained so well,so im going to look BAD but hey its about improvment after all

I was beyond dubious about doing this and i have to say im well excited about it all now!

I actually cant wait to go the gym tonight and ive not felt that way for over 12 months... 3 gym visits in 1 week.....???? Things are looking up!

rhf go for it mate,or maybe if you feel a bit iffy,why not make an intro page with no before pic but take one and post it at the end with a after pic,it wont matter than as youll look great and as your not entering the comp it wont matter having no proper before pic,just an idea

Is there a cut off date for the before pics,as i feel two weeks ago etc is ok but 3weeks plus older pics is a larger % in a 12 week comp,dont mean to be a grouch but think its fair win or loose to start with a level playing field

Also i think it will help if people clearly if assistd or not

Nah no ones ,no one person just if it goes week back,1-2 seems more than fair and even older if a recent pic dated is up,i just think as more people hop on board it may drift further back,wasnt implying anything
