Well done to everyone for lasting the 12 weeks, something I've never done! When will the next one of these be happening? Have to say though, Body for Life totally lied to me!

I think they may have exaggerated what is achievable in 12 weeks! There is some great progress shown in these photos but Body for Life gave the impression that going from overweight to a ripped six pack is commonplace whereas this competition gives a more realistic view.

That's a good point Cheeky. The various shapeups on this site do show what is realistically achievable, but also what is achievable is you really nail your diet. Had to at Fionas new avatar though. Feeling a bit inspired to get myeslf a new one this morning. Gonna fire up Photoshop

Ah yeah...fair point Allthough TBH if you followed a proper diet for the full 12 weeks then I think it is possible..with no cheating. I only had a quality diet for about 2 of the 12 weeks and I still did alright..all about how dedicated you are I guess, not to take anything away from the competitors of course

As above, not saying our competitors didnt, but if you have a 100% perfect diet/training routine for 12 weeks, you could get some spectacular results, regardless of starting position.

I know this is going to sound a bit thick, but do we vote in all categories or just the one?

It bodes well for the BBQ that you have such a high embarassment threshold
