right also all cardio done yesterday and 40 mins this morning trained arms yeserday i hate training arms and hate talking about training em so ill run through what i did but cba putting the weights i used haha biceps dumbell curls 3 sets ez bar curls 3 sets incline bench curls 2 sets incline bench hammer curls 2 sets triceps pushdowns with tbar 3 sets rope pushdowns 3 sets over head cable tricep extensions 3 sets i honestly believe you use your triceps so much with training other body parts that a total of 9 sets is more than sufficient for tricep training and the same for biceps and i believe its so easy to overtrain biceps as they are such a small muscle group

cardio done this morn 45 mins and another 30 mins willl be done tonight other then that im feeling good cardio going well now and heads back firmly into training 13 weeks to go. looking at hte date the leicester qualifier show is on and when the finals are its a bit of an awkward show to do i think diet wise as its 7 weeks from the show so it will be interesting to know what i would have to diet wise but i havent even qualified yet so im getting ahead of myself lol i just like to plan things way in advance though

with 7 weeks between qualifier and finals, you would have to keep things tight. maybe a weeks relaxing, then pretty much back onto the diet and tweek cardio etc as needed to hold/improve condition. wouldnt worry about that though mate, just focus on the first show, and coming in shreaded to win it!
