Sick of feeling scammed buying Chicken in the Supermarkets! - Ever Bought Online?

I'm getting sick of buying Chicken in the supermarket, a pack of perfect looking breasts to turn them over to find blood and fat. I swear I end up getting 50-60% meat off them :( Which brings me on to my question, has anyone tried buying on line? Any tips/experience people have had? I bought from M&S once, in individually sealed bags, was a lot better but slightly more expensive. To be honest, I almost live on chicken, I don't eat fish so chickens a main protein source for me, if I could find a better supplier for chicken I'd be made up!

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

Try to find out where your nearest poultry processing plant is. Many of them have factory shops which sell directly to the public at a fraction of retail price. I use one here in Co Antrim. Two small chickens for £1.50! Three large birds (2kgish) £6! Wings, legs etc are for next to nothing. Worth a drive for a bulk buy!
