Skinny lad over training? help wanted - 05 November 2009 19:53 ( #1 )
Hi all
i have been training for 1 years on and off and over the last 4 months i have been rather consistant, i started at a gym  doing a full body workout 3 /4 times a week then i moved gyms around 4 months ago and have started using the gym on camp.
i work out every day twice, once at dinner then at 8pm each time working a different muscle group and have thursdays, saturdays and sundays off.
But i have started feeling totally knackered and lost my get up and go and havent seen much gain in mass.
so i was wondering if anyone could help me with a 3/4 day work out or should i just stick to 5 times a week at dinner then monday and friday nites at the gym training each muscle group?
im a little confused in what direction to take.
 here are a few details of my gains over last year;
3/12/08
body fat 8.9%
10st 1 3/4 lbs
bmi 18.2

28/1/09
bodyfat 12%
10st 6lbs
bmi 19.5

23/04/09
bmi 19.6
10st 10lbs

3/7/09
11st2lb
bmi 19.8

5/11/09
11st6.7
bodyfat 14.5%

im 6'2 and pretty slim i want to reach about 12 1/2 stone and gain a cover mag body, but i realise i have to bulk up first then rip up, my food intake is well lets say huge i eat at 8am,10am,12pm,3pm,5pm i also take cnp pro mass and a whey during the day and i always have a shake during my workout and after.
any advice on what im doing wrong or things im doing right would be great and any advice on how to get better gains would be great and the end of the day i only know what i have read and been told (mainly off personel trainers at the gym)
thanks for taking the time to read my post

You could try cutting back on one or more movements from each session but hitting the other movements with renewed intensity.

Also, what are you eating of a day and how long do you sleep per night

i will have a protien shake about 3/4 times aday the cnp pro mass and i always have a shake during a workout, but mainly chicken and pasta meals and protien bars, is the sort of training fine eg a muscle group each day?
