no, just red, having an angel in blue the other side of my calf, then blue and red mist will blend into each other.

cheers fella, it really is relentless thats making me stronger. on the days i dont drink it during workout im lethargic, but if i hav a can throughout my lifts i feel like i have so much more energy. i cant wait til later in the week, going to decathlon to get more plates, then its relentless time and see if i can lift 100kg.

Whats relentless, im guessing its a energy / no's drink kinda thing? Nice one about the plates. Its funny, iv'e been thinking over the last few days i wouldnt mind getting a bar, bench and a few weights for home. Its been a bit of a pain in the arse this week with work and ive not been able to get to the gym to train yesterday or today due to it, so would be good if i could do a bit of lifting at home (I work from home, so it would be ideal)

riocat (whats your eal name?) relentless is pretty much the same as redbull but, redbull is about £120 a can for 250ml and relentless is the same price for 500ml... so double the redbull basically 32mg caffeine per 100ml. i think its roughly 2-3 normal coffee's in a can. Mr E... Have been down as it goes, life is up and down eh!! scabs come off the scorpion, its looking pretty darn good, its healed a bit dodgy over my shin, thats still scabbed up and seems to be a lump and really sore. as for the lady, well she is sore as hell... and as luck would have it, the one colour most people have a reaction to is red... and, youve guessed it, my luck being the way it is ive had a reaction. safe to say my left shin is about twice the size of my right at the moment, should go down in the next few days though. I made some of those daveo flapjacks earlier, the stuff has come our really moist, almost liek cakemix even though i cooked it etc, so ive put it in the fridge for the night. going to slice it up then bake them as seperates in the oven tomorrow to crispen them up a bit. will have a go at your recipie as well when i get the chance, bought some apple sauce etc today, but couldnt find that coconut anywhere.

Hey mate, The names Paul. Am still thinking of getting some weights etc for home, You train at home dont you? What equipment have you got, weights, bars, bench etc? Dunno how much i wanna spend and even wether i want to sack the gym and just train at home or keep the membership and do half and half if you know what i mean

well i keep thinking to myself that i should join the gym, but then i wonder why. lol. i quie like the fact i can train at anytime, and i dont have to walk or drive anywhere to train. i just have a bench, bar, 2 dumbell bars, 1 ezbar and a round bar with 2 bars in it, not sure of the name lol. then i have 88kg roughly in weights but i want to buya load of plates from decathlon. its probs cost me about 80 quid for what ive got, which is just under 3 months gym membership. for the price of a years membership i could probably buy a rack, full set of weights, and anything else i might need. the one thing i miss from my old house was having the boxing bag... got no where to put it here, and the gym round the corner from me has a bag room, so i could do that for my cardio days as well as ride, then hit the weights 3-4 times a week. gonna go down the gym soon to have a look around, but unless im training with someone i dont see the advantage of a gym over training at home. if its busy you have to que for weights etc which i see as pointless.

Yeah mate is see your point on waiting around etc, its a pain in the ass. Its not normally to much of a prob for me as i normally go early in the morning but just recentley its becoming a nightmare getting to the gym (I have to treck a fukin mile on foot to it) because of work and the fact i feel nackered all the time at the moment coupled with the fact ive never been a morning person so find it hard at the best of times to be full if energy first thing in the morning if you know what i mean. It would be ALOT easier to be able to blast a session of weights at home whenever i liked and wouldnt be such a stress thinking when the fuk im going to be able to get to the gym. Sorry for ranting in your journal mate, am just a bit p1ssed off with missing the gym the last couple of days. Have you got any links to any weights,/ benches etc, decent and cheap?

dont worry about it. i can see where you coming from, and its exactly that reason why i chose to train at home... well that and i think im bloody skinny and dont like the idea of trainign with huge people lol. would feel a twat. anyways, as for benhc and weights etc, i havent got any links but some links were posted in general a while back. im going to get a new bench etc soon as well... might get a cage if they are not too big.

Eddie, i would actually train with you, but when? my working times are all over the place... one of the reasons i love being able to just lift weights any time i want at home :) Paul, have you thought about making your own cage? Boar made one out of scafolding... I daresay if you did a search on google you would find some DIY diagrams etc on doing it yourself. Or you could get some box section, drill and bolt it together... would be damn cheap too and is what im thinking of doing Dont forgetwhen looking for a bench to get one that will support a decent weight.

my mate feels self conscious in the gym as he is overweight. as for feeling skinny, i wouldn't worry as 9 times out of 10 you guys have way more knowledge than many of the 'bigger' guys that train in most gyms.
