if you want an easy way to get calories down you mate, rat raw oats with full fat milk and dried fruit, stuff is addictive to be honest

rat oats?

yeah i havent got much of an excuse really, just time mis-management basically.
i have a whole cupboard now full of oats, pasta etc, i have milk, i even have bannanas, a huge tub of maltodexrin and mp fine dust oat powder.
im going to make a chart and write it on the wall.

how long do you reckon i could leave the stuff in the fridge? if i mix a load of shakes up?

things are good as well thanks. my car is fixed, and im a lot happier this week, a lot of things have been falling into place which is good.
just got a bit more organising to do... and a load of stuff to sell and i should be all set.

and for some reason im feeling really strong this week as well... drinking reletless during sessions really seems to be helping me with keeping strength.

shakes keep for a day or so usually, but making MRP bars even more so, have them with a shake as theyre easy to munch down, just loads of oats, PB, quark and bake them in the oven (add honey or other bits to sweeten them and give it some taste). Ill see if i can put something together for you

Dunno about you but im bored senseless really, dont want to spend bank holiday weekend with Dad as all he does is bitch in my ear and never has a proper convo with me

Would like a girl but the typical pickings of Essex dont quite give me the feeling im after, as in Phwaor factor of someone like say perhaps, her

this weekend im not sure what im doing, tonight im bored, just finished weights but there isnt much to do.
tomorrow is either clubbing or not sure.
and monday is the sec bank holiday cruise, as long as it doesnt rain it should be a good turnout, couple of thousand in the summer last year.

im doing great this week, my bench has improved... infact all my lifts have, i now have every single weight i own on the bar for deadlifts, could only manage 5 2 weeks ago, now im going 5 sets of 8 reps so im gonna go to decathlon and see if i can hit the 100kg mark next week

missed legs on the weekend as i was out clubbing etc, but decided to give it a crack tonight even though i feel run down.

went for 20 rep squats as i dont have a rack.

the backs of my legs are really feeling it... seems to be 2-3 days after training that i get really bad doms, then they go after a couple of days.

not sure of the percentage mate but the fact that you have had a few weeks off from the james means that i am impressed with your sldl'ing

dont forget that other people may pull 100kg on sldl's but concentrate on you and the weights will come as opposed to concentrating on the weights

ive never done them before lol... or pretty much any leg excersises mate.
i'll look into getting a rack eventually, just strapped for space in this room i rent. i want to get a pull up bar fitted to the wall as well at some point.

im enjoying training the legs, just that im going clubbing this weekend for my birthday and i hope im not still walking like ive crapped myself. lol
