Yeah it was a bit much tbh, i usually do db shoulder press, lateral raises, and rear delt, but im just tyring out a few new exercises. Most likley i'll alternate between them all.

ive been eating lots a lots and lots, to an extent that people at my work are now calling me a hamster cos im always muching on something lol

u in the gym monday/tuesday?, got 2 days off so going to go gym about 3-4pm, so if you wanna join in....

Absolutley boilng in teh gym and the fish shop next door let teh smell of fish into the gym. Even though i did shoulders and Abs, i asked the guy working at the gym what he thought i worked on just by lookin at the sweat on my shirt and he said cardio....... lol

i do seem to be sweating alot in the past few days.

Not happy with my bench, right shoulder was very weak, dunnow why. Though as im not progressing with my bench (been stuck on the same weight for friggin ages) gona go for a lower weight and work myself back up again. Triceps .. felt my shoulder alot, then tried single hand db skullcrushers, i felt my triceps then (cheers jack).
