Wahey legs today Legs Squats 10 x 60kg 10 x 70kg 7 x 80kg -Personal best - needed help with the last 2 reps Leg press 8 x 220kg 8 x 240kg 8 x 240kg Leg Curl 10 x 90lbs 10 x 90lbs 10 x 95lbs Calf raises 12 x 15kg 12 x 15kg To failure x 160kg, (this was done on the leg press machine) Abs Crunches Leg raises Torso rotation w00t new pb for squats

Shoulders today BB Shoulder Press 10 x 35kg 10 x 40kg 8 x 42.5kg Shoulder Raise 12 x 7.5kg 12 x 7.5kg 10 x 10kg Rear Delts 12 x 35kg 12 x 42kg 12 x 42kg 6 x 35 Upright row 12 x 15kg + bar 10 x 15kg + bar 8 x 18.25kg + bar not a bad workout, the gym was packed like sardines, so didnt use db shoulder press, but shoulders are in pain as i had to lug some bags of onions home from the shop.

Chest and Biceps today Chest Bench Press 9x 60kg - 8 x 65kg 7 x 65kg Incline DB press 10 x 17.5kg 10 x 20kg 8 x 22.5kg Flys 10 x 42kg 10 x 49kg 8 x 49kg 6 x 35kg Biceps Bicep curl (each hand) 8 x 12.5kg 8 x 12.5kg 8 x 12.5kg Dont seem to be improving at all on this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 EZ Curl 8 x 12.5kg 8 x 15kg 6 x 15kg Hammers 10 x 10kg 10 x 10kg 10 x 10kg Didnt feel as comfortable as last week, struggled a little with bench press, on all 3 sets , and my biceps arnt improving....baaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Shoulders today Shoulders today DB Shoulder Press 10 x 17.5kg 10 x 17.5kg 8 x 20kg Military Press (1st time ive ever done this) 10 x 20kg 10 x 25kg 9 x 27.5kg Shoulder Raise 12 x 7.5kg 12 x 10kg 10 x 10kg Rear Delts 12 x 35kg 12 x 35kg 12 x 42kg 10 x 28kg Upright row 12 x 10kg + bar 10 x 15kg + bar 7 x 20kg + bar Overall not a bad workout, not sure whether to do db shpoulder press and military press in the same sess, might start alternating it.

Thats quite a bit of exercises for just your delts I reckon. I do lateral raises supersetted with military presses 3x10 and 5 sets of dumbell shrugs. My delts are growing quite well and traps have started getting thicker even though I have only just put a seperate delts day in. Just a suggestion..

Yeah it was a bit much tbh, i usually do db shoulder press, lateral raises, and rear delt, but im just tyring out a few new exercises. Most likley i'll alternate between them all.

Have decided to do back/biceps chest/triceps rather then biceps with chest etc.... so back/ biceps today. Deadlift8 x 70kg 8 x 75kg 8 x 82.5- PB i did make a vid of this set, but cut off after 38 secs Pullups 4 x bw 4 x bw 3 x bw 3 x bw Glad i did these, my forearms abolsultly killing me. Wide grip lat pull down Various weights. One arm row 8 x 20kg 8 x 20kg 8 x 20kg Biceps DB Curls Hammers

ive been eating lots a lots and lots, to an extent that people at my work are now calling me a hamster cos im always muching on something lol u in the gym monday/tuesday?, got 2 days off so going to go gym about 3-4pm, so if you wanna join in.... shoulders/abs tommorow chest/triceps tuesday.

Shoulders and Abs today DB Shoulder Press 10 x 17.5kg 10 x 17.5kg 6 x 20kg 6 x 15kg Shoulder Raise at 45 degree angle, it the traps alot more 12 x 7.5kg 12 x 10kg 10 x 10kg Normal Shoulder Raise 12 x 7.5kg 12 x 7.5kg 10 x 7.5kg Rear Delts 12 x 35kg 12 x 42kg 12 x 42kg Absolutley boilng in teh gym and the fish shop next door let teh smell of fish into the gym. Even though i did shoulders and Abs, i asked the guy working at the gym what he thought i worked on just by lookin at the sweat on my shirt and he said cardio....... lol i do seem to be sweating alot in the past few days.

Bloody hot in the gym, but no smell of fish this time.

Did back/ biceps yesterday Deadlift 10 x 60kg 10 x 70kg 8 x 80kg 3 x 85kg - pb Focused more on form hence the low weight . Pullups 6 x bw 6 x bw 5 x bw 4 x bw Wide grip lat pull down Various weights. One arm row 8 x 17.5kg 8 x 20kg 8 x 20kg Biceps DB Curls Hammers Okay workout, happy with teh pullups. Off to do legs in a few hours

Chest and Triceps today Chest Bench Press 9x 60kg - ird , my right shoulder felt extremely weak for some reason, just about got to 9 reps 6 x 65kg 4 x 65kg 10 x 40kg Incline DB press 10 x 20kg 10 x 22.5kg 6 x 22.5kg Flys 10 x 42kg 10 x 49kg 8 x 56kg 6 x 35kg Triceps Skullcrushers DB skullcrushers Tricep Pulldown- various weights Not happy with my bench, right shoulder was very weak, dunnow why. Though as im not progressing with my bench (been stuck on the same weight for friggin ages) gona go for a lower weight and work myself back up again. Triceps .. felt my shoulder alot, then tried single hand db skullcrushers, i felt my triceps then (cheers jack).
