Small question thanks

When you have say 5 stone to lose, are you better doing cardio more or weights please and in what order to lose it fast?

Scientifically you burn more calories doing weights, however its impossible to do weights for as long as you can do cardio. Therefore, cardio exercising is the best thing for weight loss. Perhaps a mixture of the two is what your looking to for. Try a good cardio session followed by low weights at high reps. Try to hit 10-12 reps and reach 3-4 sets of this. A good mixture will enable you to lose weight on the cardio side of your workout and also allow your body to tone up a bit trying out the weights side of exercise. We hope that helps. PB Team

ok first of all need to sort out your diet it nedds lean meats,clean carbs, eaf's ( healthy fat's) for exercise weights burn between 350-500 cals an hour cardio depending what it is can burn up to 35-600cals an hour you want a mix of both do 40 mins cardio in the morning an then weights later on in the day weights are much ore better due to there way they rasie the metaboslium this is called an after burn an after burn from weights can last up to 2whole day's were cardio is maybe 3hours max do a mix for weight session for example week 1. 8-12 reps x 3-4 sets week 2. 10-15 reps x 3-4 sets week 3. 8-10 reps x 3-4 sets week 4. 12-18 reps x 3-4 sets depending on what weight you use depends on the reps and sets your body will tell you if you can do more if you can do more then either icrease weight or reps for example bech press 50 12 reps for set1 bench press 60kg 8 reps for set 2 bench press 55 kg 10 reps for set 3 if you feel like you can do more do another set also heavy weights help burn fat and bring out deftion

I know you didnt give the option, But diet will have a FAR greater impact than weights or cardio on weight loss.
