        carrot and marmite "sausage rolls".

peel a small carrot, spread a slice of wholemeal bread with marmite, roll carrot up in bread, eat.

edit: I'm going to have one right now.

            The tuna pot noodle
                  - Simply make the pot noodle , add a can of tuna ,  and there you have a super , hi protein, hot tasty snack in a couple of minutes !
I was convinced I invented these ( mid-late 90's)  -  but I have seen other people that do this , on MT IIRC
so no real way of telling which of us came up with it first !

Chips, sprinkled with grated cheese and brown sauce. I've eaten it since I was at school. Nowadays it's just an occasional treat.

Omlette with broccoli, grated carrot, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and few splashes of tabasco sauce.

I'm about to have both right now.

I cook some super noodles and put it in a lunchbox with a tin of tuna for college most days. Quick, easy and nice.

hmmmm chips and cheese. What an unlikely combination.

If your a Nandos fan (not sure if they have it in Auz) order the the chicken, spicy rice, hollumi cheese and garlic breads.... Now what you do is put the rice on the garlic bread, then hollumi cheese then shredded chicken and smother in world famous peri peri sauce!!!

This is an amazing combo, and im going for Nandos later :)

Im pretty sure i invented this Nandos masterpiece, heres a plate of Nandos

In my fat days I used to have a cheese and onion pie from the chippie with peas and curry sauce over the peas!! (Had to be that crap curry they serve in the traditional chippie not the chinese stuff!!)

Small bag of Tesco frozen rice.
                            One beaten egg.
Add together to wok with heated EVOO.
Add some chopped stir fry veg.
Add one crushed clove of garlic.
                            Add Wagamama's teriyaki sauce.
Serve with whatever meat you threw on the Foreman grill.

Takes 5 mins, tastes better than the local Chinese. Costs about a quid.

                            Enjoy while watching widescreen tv.
So tasty, the dog will be sure to eat the leftovers, too.

Chips, sprinkled with grated cheese and brown sauce. I've eaten it since I was at school. Nowadays it's just an occasional treat.

This seems to be the stapple diet of many of the guys I work with, although there is a strong contender with the curry sauce option.
