Thanks Arniemonkey ,the 1st place man (Jay) in the middle come 4th this year at the Britts behind Aaron Hallet of MT here.
I just need more legs mass as said before i was at 82.3kgs i think now so 7 1/2kgs of growing space which feels alot on my frame as i grow around 2kgs per year ,if the year goes well.
 
The top two at the Stars (2010) got an invite to the Britts which i missed out on ,but after doing my back in , in March this year I would of never put on the extra mass needed to make it close to the top six.

No way is that the old EPF ?? put some pics up and i will post some when i have time ,as off to work all day now.

also there not on comp or disc just prints .....
 

Ok mate ,any more info on that show ie;how many in the line up and were did you place ? I will dig some out ..

there were 5 of us i was 3 weeks out from the brit 1st timer finals so thought id do a warm up show came last ..but not cut enough so didnt complain.you seem happy with 3rd and the guy who came 2nd had a weird shape imo and trunks looked **** .1st place was a cert though he was good.....

I will have an look on my old hard drive for a pic , you doing or done many more shows ??

i said no to the mrs and myself... but you soon forget how hard the prep is and i had 4 months off totally but really wouldnt mind going for it. 2 guys in my gym are competing in may and it gets me in the mood..... so might be ukbbf in sept or whenever.....
