Something just for energy/focus while running. 09 November 2009 09:09 (permalink)
Basically I jump in the treadmill/stationary bike at a bout 10pm for 30-40 mins and want something to give that bit of energy to keep going but I don't want to be wired and awake when time comes to going to sleep. Is there anything apart from caff tabs to give you that energy and focus that will and and help you keep going, don't really need anything for pumps? I appreciate.

Find a treadmill right behind a hot girl on a bit of CV equipment. that should add focus

LMAO true but there isn't any ladiez as I'm on my own. The gum shuts at 8pm and cleaners go at 10pm hence why I use it. ;)

Thanks, what would be good a base amount to start off with these?

Yer there was an interesting study that showed listening to music and shutting out distractions had an effect on training with subjects getting more reps out at a given weight. Think it was in muscle and fitness

Green tea always helps me out (I actually take the tabs, rather than the drink)

showtim3, I have a mp3 player but it doesn't give me that kind of feeling.
smooth11114, lol shouting would be an idea but not practical, normally with weight session I'd grunt. lol
Thanks Daari, will give this a go.
Stegsie, I take green tea tabs too but not for energy just for antioxidant effect.
