Good effort mate on the free weights. That’s a good weight on the DB flys also bud, once you get your rhythm and stability strength you will be fine.

Oh on a side note hows the ST going? Im thinking about trading my Scooby in for one as I need something a little more sensible and driver licence friendly……

Thanks mate. Yeah really pleased with the ST. Don't know if you are aware but I also own a Renault Clio 2.0 Sport (182BHP) which I have had for nearly a year now and it is a great little machine and very very nippy!!! I prefer the ST for sure which I think is just a superb all rounder. Definitely recommend a test drive mate to see what you think. Keep me informed mate; genuinely interested to see what you think and how you get on.

Cool, no mate I had no idea. I remember them 2ltr Williams versions they brought out years ago and they were quality so  can imagine the new 182 bhp version is even quicker.

Ya I test drove them before and rated them highley but I was intrested in how you are getting on with it as in living with it, running costs, any problems or strange qwerks you have noticed since owning it.

Ah, sorry mate didnt realize; had no problems at all with it - economy wise I am struggling to get close to 30mpg tbh but that includes a few short trips a week, such as to the gym etc. Insurance was £260 fully comp with protected no claims (old age occasionally has some benefits ). Nothing quirky about it at all tbh mate; just a pleasure to drive really. Servicing, as you may well know, is really cheap - same as a 1.6 focus at my local dealer I was assured when I bought mine. Hope that is of some use bud

Re:Son Of Franks Journal; T-Roid/H-Roid cycle ended & OTC PCT commenced 1/10/09 - 12 December 2009 20:18
Trained back tonight: -

Seated wide grip pulldown             1 x 75kg x 15
                                                       1 x 85kg x 12
                                                       1 x 95kg x 10
                                                       1 x 95kg x 10

Seated close grip pulldown            1 x 95kg x 11
                                                      1 x 95kg x 10
                                                      1 x 95kg x 10

Seated rows                                  1 x 120kg x 12
                                                      1 x 140kg x 10
                                                      1 x 140kg x 10

Pulldown behind neck                    3 x 80kg x 9

Seated narrow machine rows       3 x 90kg x 8

End of session. Was happy to get another back session in as it is a bodypart that I have had to be very careful with this year. Strength still seems to be there.  I have to be honest and confess that I forgot to apply it this morning for the first time so it will run out tomorrow or Monday by the looks of it.

Jumped on the scales at the gym to find I weighed in at 19 stone 9 pounds

Incline Smith Machine Bench      1 x 90kg x 8
                                                  1 x 100kg x 8
                                                  1 x 100kg x 7

                                                  1 x 85kg x  8

End of session, Really pleased with the PB; wasn't sure if it was one at the gym but was delighted when I checked my journal to see it was 10kg increase especially as I had not managed to eat properly since lunchtime (only had 4 slices of toast 30 mins before I trained at 8.15pm since 1.30pm )

Weighed in at 19st 7lbs which I think is a pound or 2 light due to lack of calories over the last couple of days.

Hi mate, yeah seems to be going well at the moment. My forearms are not giving me too much pain recently; long may that continue!!

Thanks mate, it is a pleasure to have you keep popping in and, as always, if I can help your training etc in any way don't hesitate to ask

Apologies for the lack of recent updates in this Journal, for obvious reasons. However, I started back at the gym yesterday and trained chest. Only snag was I arrived at the gym at 3.30 to be told that it closed at 4   Managed to train as follows: -

Seated Nautilus Flat Bench        1 x  80kg x 15 (warm up)
                                                  1 x 120kg x 12
                                                  1 x 140kg x 8
                                                  1 x 160kg x 6

Nautilus Incline Bench Press      1 x 80kg x 10
                                                  1 x 100kg x 8
                                                  1 x 110kg x 6
                                                  1 x 115kg x 5

Pec Dec Flyes                             1 x 75kg x 12
                                                  1 x 85kg x 10
                                                  1 x 85kg x 10
                                                  1 x 85kg x   9

End of session due to time constraints but fairly pleased with my first chest workout for a couple of weeks. Did 12 sets in 25 mins so pace was significantly faster than usual.

Re:Son Of Franks Journal; T-Roid/H-Roid cycle ended & OTC PCT commenced 1/10/09 - 29 December 2009 20:50
Trained shoulders today:

Seated Nautilus Front Press           1 x 80kg x 12
                                                       1 x 120kg x 10
                                                       1 x 150kg x 8
                                                       1 x 170kg x 6
                                                       1 x 180kg x 5 PB

Seated Rear Delt Machine Press     3 x 115kg x 8
                                                       1 x 115kg x 7

Seated Side Delt Raise Machine      1 x 30kg x 12
                                                       1 x 40kg x 12
                                                       1 x 50kg x 10
                                                       1 x 50kg x 10

Really pleased and surprised with the PB on the front press especially since I not only stopped the 1T-Tren the week before last but also ran out of Kre=Alkalyn 10 days ago!! I did notice overnight though that I woke up during the night with some random wood so it appears that the Activate Extreme has kicked in

Diet has not been optimum during PCT but I have not gone mad either. Weighed myself at the gym today and I was 19stone 7 pounds.

1T-Tren Final Review & Summary of Progress

Start Weight: 19stone 4 pounds

End Weight:   19stone 9 pounds

Stats:             Before             After

Chest                50                 51.5

R Arm                18.25            18.4

L Arm                18                 18.2

Waist                39                39.6

Sides: None whatsoever

Strength: significant increase in strength and have put 20kg on my bench press and 30kg on my front shoulder press!!!

Summary

Have to say I have been very very impressed with this stuff; The cream is very easy to apply and fades into the skin very quickly. I am extremely prone to spots on my torso and am delighted (and surprised tbh) that there was no skin irritation whatsoever throughout. I felt good throughout whilst using it and did not feel shut down at any point. Had no testicular shrinkage but I do think my libido was down towards the end which may have been the tren but could have been external stress.

I am also delighted to say that I did not experience any shedding from this product which was my main concern in using it. My hair has thinned at the front a bit over the last 12-18 months but this did not aggravate that at all.

I did not seem to get any thermogenic effects from it either, in fact the only effect I got was the significant strength increases that as of today are still going on virtually 2 weeks into PCT.

My chest has definitely benefitted as I can tell my pecs have got a little bigger and my arms are slightly bigger than at the start.

The only negative is the increase in waist size but I genuinely believe that is down to the last few days during which I have had a few beers; I always find this bloats me a little and am sure this will go within a week. I actually thought, going off the mirror, that I had leaned out slightly whilst using the 1T-Tren which I commented on at the time.

All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone and would rate it as being pretty damn potent as in 25 days I put on 5lb (since down 2) none of which appeared to be fat. I would personally rate this as being far superior to other (oral) tren products in terms of potency and if cost is not an issue I would recommend use of this everytime.

I personally would use this in preference to SD due to lack of sides (the lethargy killed me week 3 of SD) and found the strength gains marginally better but with no bloat/water.

I would score this product a 9 out of 10 with the only issue being the cost but if you weigh that against the better results and the fact you do not need to buy liver protection and the fact that 1 bottle of this probably equates to 2 bottles of oral tren (as a direct comparison) then I suppose the difference is really not that much at all.

A fantastic product that I would definitely not hesitate to use again in the future.

Finally a big thank you to Predator Nutrition for providing this product to me free of charge; I am extremely grateful.
I can't recall what forum it was but I threw one little c.unt into a sentence and you'd have thought I'd bummed one of their grandmas
