Nautilus Lat Pulldown (to side) 1 x 80kg x 10

Seated overhead pulldown machine 1 x 75kg x 15
1 x 85kg x 12

Drop set 1 x 85kg x 8, 65kg x 8, 45kg x 12
Seated Bicep curls 1 x 45kg x 10

Standing cable curls 1 x 55kg x 10

End of session. Strength still seemed to be good and weighed in at 19st 8lbs. |Am pushed for time tonight but hope to do a full review of the 1T-Tren tomorrow evening.
