Hi Joe, the truth is I am not sure at the moment although I won't be doing anything until january at the earliest. What I might do is try one of the non-methylated compounds on its own; there seems to be a new one coming out every few weeks at the moment so I will delay a firm decision until after Christmas. Trouble is if I have too good a christmas and I'm hovering around the 290lb mark I'll end up on a massive cut which I am proving at the moment is very difficult for me

Brilliant stuff mate, you will love driving it. Blue ST3 sound awesome, I know they come with the leather trim as standard but can not remember what else they have over the ST2? Could be a CD stack system with a few other electronic gadgets. Good spec, low mileage and sounds like it will be mint. Make sure you are 100% happy with the repair work and you view it when its dry not in wet as you wont be able to see the finish properly. All other minor scratches you should be able to pull out yourself with a clay bar kit, polish and some elbow greece. If you have never used it before I would be happy to post up details with pics for you mate so you have a good idea of how to do it? Good job on the extended warrantee too, not that you will need it as they use the same engine as the Volvo T5 so reliable as you like. Yep defo post pics up once you have it mate, I love ST’s.

Just got it mate; am absolutely delighted with it - they have done a superb effort on the scratches and you genuinely cannot see where they once were. The sounds from the exhaust are brilliant and that's without flooring it. Not that I will I thought only the ST3 had the full leather recaros myself mate but not sure? Agree about the engine mate but happy with the extended warranty for added piece of mind that it gives. Oh and have picked up your PM. Cheers fella, will be in touch.

Top stuff mate, ford are usually pretty good with bodywork stuff tbh. Yep I love the sound they make but as said don’t think by upgrading your exhaust for a few more ponies will make the sound better as it wont. Stick with what it has, if anything a nice panel filter and a remap will see you to 270bhp anyway which is plenty for a front wheel drive car. Yep that’s what I was saying I know the ST3 has the leather as standard, ST1&2 people have to pay extra to upgrade. No worries at all, just enjoy your new toy mate and as said if you want me to I can post up Claying instructions if you have never done before so you can get it truly shinning.

End of workout, biceps/forearms seem to be ok as I type this and I got a reasonable pump at the gym. PCT ENDED TODAY Jumped on the scales at the gym before I trained and I was 19st 5lbs.

You will caine a few tanks of juice in the first week or so as you will look for any reason to go out for a blast. Ya it different when you get your first 6 speed gearbox but now believe it or not I sometimes go looking for a 7TH as my car feels like it could do with one!!!!!! Also whats worse is when you get into a normal 5 gear car........... It just feels so wrong lol!!! No worries I will sort it out for you mate. Maybe you can get some pics at the weekend bud. Im looking forward to seeing them.

Yeah haven't dropped much at all through PCT; 2 or 3 lbs at a guess. Am using creatine only at the moment, started using it just before the end of the cycle.

When you clay your motor mate make sure you allow plenty of time as I spent around 5 hours doing mine lol!!! Start off with a quick wash with what every you use to ensure all grimme is removed. Then pull a fair size bit off your clay bar (about half) and spray some Quick Detailer on your motor and start to clay it. I used Meguires clay and Quick Detailing spray kit which is a decent price at Halfords. You can just use water but seeing as your first time Id defo rec the quick detailer as you can get it stuck to your fingers or your car which will leave a smudge mark lol!!! Dont worry though as you can clay it back out again. When rubbing the clay on your motor do it in a backwards and forwards motion, "DO NOT DO IT IN SWIRLS" unless of course you want swirls in your paint work. You should see some contaminants coming off your car onto the clay means its working so dont worry lol!!! One thing I did not know was when you are supposed to change the clay. I did half my car with half a small bar and then changed to a fresh piece. So for me 1 bar should do a whole decent sized car. All in all it really did help get rid of I suppose I could say a haze over my car making it look much sharper and a deeper colour, which is awesome and worth the effort. Once you have done that you need to give your motor a really good polish. I like using Auto Glym Super Resin, which is nice and cheap and again can be got from Halfords. Once that is done and you are happy with the shine you have achieved give it a good waxing to protect the shine and paint. I use the Meg NX Tech Wax 2.0 using the applicator that came with it and buffed off using Meg Microfiber cloth. After that your all done. You only need to wash your motor and dry it off and it will look brand new every time with minimal effort. I would say claying the car only needs to be done say once every 1-2 years. Polishing it only needs doing once every 3-4 months or so. Wax it once a month. But wash it every week.

Trained chest tonight: - Nautilus Incline Press 1 x 70kg x 12 reps 1 x 110kg x 12 reps 1 x 140kg x 9 reps 1 x 145kg x 7 reps Flat Barbell Bench 1 x 80kg x 10 reps 1 x 80kg x 10 reps At this point I felt my forearm/elbow flare up and decided not to do another set. I moved to the pec dec; Pec dec flyes 1 x 65kg x 12 reps 1 x 65kg x 12 reps 1 x 65kg x 12 reps Machine chest press 2 x 50kg x 12 reps supersetted with Pec dec (different machine 2 x 50kg x 12 reps different angles) End of session, very pleased with the 145kg incline press so strength, if anything, still rising. I certainly haven't lost any in PCT. Weighed in at 19st 5lbs again. Will be putting up pics as soon as I can. Was hoping to get a sunbed or 2 in but not so far.

Go for Meg Clay kit, Meg Quick Detailer and a massive Auto Glym bottle of polish. 7 reps at 145kg!!!!! Woowww nice going!!! Is that a machine you use fella? How come you don’t use free weights for flys?

How come you don’t use free weights for flys? Yeah I will do mate; 3 for 2 is always welcome. Got anorexia of the wallet at the moment!! Its a Nautilus machine mate. No cables or anything - you load it with free weights on each side and the movement supposedly replicates the range of movement of a barbell (apparently). Yeah, I was pleased with 7 reps at that weight but wouldnt be able to do it on a barbell that's for sure so maybe it is deceptive? Having said that I am moving 145kg so it must be of some benefit. I pretty much stopped using dumbells a couple of years ago mate. My forearm problems go back that far and I found I always used to aggravate them with dumbell flyes/pressing. The only time I use them I only use a light weight which I feel defeats the object a bit so I rarely bother.

Trained shoulders tonight as follows:- Seated press behind 1 x 50kg x 15 (warm up) Neck machine 1 x 95kg x 12 1 x 95kg x 12 1 x 95kg x 12 Nautilus Incline Press 1 x 80kg x 12 1 x 120kg x 11 1 x 140kg x 9 At this point my forearm flared up again (think because I went heavy on chest the night before and my ageing body can't handle it!) so I shelved my attempt at 150kg and did some light side laterals to finish. Went like this: Dumbell side laterals 1 x 10kg x 12 1 x 12.5kg x 12 1 x 15kg x 12 1 x 17.5kg x 12 Forearm felt sore but no real adverse reaction so increased the weight gradually set by set. I can feel it as I type this but nothing that I haven't had before so am sure it will be fine after a couple of days rest. (I am on the p1ss tomorrow with some old work colleagues and at a party on saturday).

No mate I haven't been to the docs with it. It does stop me training as heavy as I could do but I find that as long as I don't overdo it, especially after it flares up, I can get round it ok. I did rest it for about a month earlier this year but as soon as I started training again it came back. I presume if I went to the docs I would be told to rest etc etc and I would rather keep training at the moment as I am progressing better than I have for over a year at the moment. My current training goal is really just to try and see progress; be it in the mirror or via increased poundages. I was attempting a cut but despite adding some (probably not enough) cardio and refining my diet I just couldn't drop any weight. I did see some results in the mirror though and genuinely think H-Roid and T-Roid together are too potent for cutting unless I went really really low on calories which I know would make me feel like sh1t so won't do it. Yeah I had a decent session on the p1ss on Friday, had about 10 pints all in all, which for an occasional drinker like me is rather a lot. Had a good day though. Went to a party last night but drove there as it was about 15 miles away. Back in the gym tonight though Off to Halfords a bit later to get my car stuff etc

Your just as bad as me, get ya butt down to the docs as it maybe something stupid. Nope they may not say rest it as my physio has told me to train my back so as said it could be worth a visit. Ok cool, I was wondering why you push heavy if causes issues so assumed you were chasing the big numbers. H-Roid is more potent that Hdrol but I did manage to drop BF on the stuff when I used it. Saying that I dropped BF on PP also bud so you sure your diet was as good as it could have been and you were doing enough cardio? Lol 10 pints hey must have been a good night. Im out this Saturday coming for a mates Bday so I will prob be recovering on Sunday. Good man, Im sure you will have her shining in no time.
