Sorry but have to ask.....PCT!

What exactly is a PCT? The more and more I read about "PCT" after your cycles...I just cant find exactly what does PCT involve?
Are they just tablets? Or Injections? What are the pro's and cons of both?
1 Particular drug thats taken per day per week?
For how long do they have to be taken?
What are the concequences of not doing PCT?
Is there any PCT available that is a tablet only dose?
Sorry for the relatively noob questions !! I have been working out naturally since many years and current stats are age 24, 6ft1, 86kg.
