Sorry for newbie question, nabba juniors 29 September 2011 18:44 (permalink)
Hello everyone,

i am thinking to enter nabba juniors may 2012 southeast contest and wanna know what a good weight to come in at would be for to aim for? Originally my goal 15 stone wet and i currently am 13stone9  then come in conest day at around 13.5stone 5% bodyfat, just wondered if it was worth me dieting down or should I gain much more mass and come in huge next year because I would have more time to do mass cycles and stay in bulking mode

cheers, marlon

Forget the weight just diet until you are in shape.
    Why set a weight limit?
Nobody knows what weight you are on stage, the better your condition the bigger you will look.
