Just bought a box of this to try for breakfast instead of porridge oats. Anyone had this before and what do you think of the product?

It'll be a job to eat more than 100g of that stuff, what with the 33.4% fibre content (!), so the 9.9g of added fructose shouldn't kill him!

        1) DON'T PANIC! 2) Assumption is the mother of all cock-ups. 3) Where's the omega-3 fat?

I know it seems abit pricey but i always walk past it and never pick a box up, hight fibre is good right? I was actually looking for wheat bran to make that cake recipe (low carb recipe in the recipe section) but they didnt have none.

Vogel's also make Soya & Linseed bread which is nice, but I prefer the Burgen version as the loaf is bigger.

The general impression I get from a quick look at the Vogel's site is of good quality ingredients.
