Lower body
Still got DOMS from Tuesday ffs! Saturday night gym, rock and roll. Pretty tired, but got a little bit done. Was a session for a session's sake, but some positives. Not much time for a warm up, but form still looked and felt decent enough with a few dodgy ones at the top end.
  • Belted squats: Bar x 10; 60 x 6; 90 x 5; 110 x 2; 120 x 2; 130 x 2; 140 x 2; 150 x 2; 160 x 2; 160 x 5; 140 paused x 4, 1
  • Deads: 60 x 5; 110 x 5; 160 x 1; 190 x 1; 210 x 3
210 hasn't felt that heavy for five years. Tired. That'll do pig, that'll do. Day off tomorrow, and then time to get some sort of progression plan.

I'd like an Owl one day - but apparently they are not wise but quite thick....... Vultures on the other hand are like feathered Einsteins........but bald and with a taste for rotting flesh.
