I think if knees can take it (mine clearly can't!), its worth following some progression with them to see where it takes you, i have seen quite a few lifters he trains doing very well on it. If you have hit 180 x 5 high bar i would say you could do pretty nicely on them.
I know he does a lot of daily max stuff with triples/fives after and he does quite a bit of paused high bar work too.
Give it a go mate, worse it can do is make your legs stronger!
