Threw in a kettlebell & heavy bag session this morning - was fun

, blowing like a steam train !
Steady state cardio to do tonite
Couldn't resist jumping on the scales , 13 stone 2

moving in the right direction at last!
Gonna keep up the cardio,mixing up steady state & interval work & throw in a few more conditioning sessions - bb complexes and kettlebell / bodyweight stuff
Not too bothered about losing muscle , can always aim to build back up later, but for now - I want my waist back!!
