Mon went according to plan 


Tues - Legs + 1 hour cardio am and another hour's cardio pm


Wed - Hours cardio this morning , Weights this evening - Chest & Abs 


Fitness is improving if nothing else

    Still keeping on track with 2 x cardio sessions per day

    Back & Bi's this morning + 1 hour cardio, another hour to do this evening

        Thanks Fi , just gotta get on with it 


        Threw in a kettlebell & heavy bag session this morning - was fun  , blowing like a steam train !


        Steady state cardio to do tonite


        Couldn't resist jumping on the scales , 13 stone 2   moving in the right direction at last!


        Gonna keep up the cardio,mixing up steady state & interval work & throw in a few more conditioning sessions - bb complexes and kettlebell / bodyweight stuff


        Not too bothered about losing muscle , can always aim to build back up later, but for now - I want my waist back!!

              hey Ty , its gone to pot! 
              Training's ok , diets been sh1t tho - was outta work for just over 4 weeks & eating far too much , now i've taken a temp agency job on 6 -2 for a fortnight then 2 - 10 next fortnight & on earlies i'm not eating enough till after work & then end up stuffing myself later on lol.

              Not been near the scales - I daren't lmao!

                hope things get better for you on the job front,its the same down here,im working my butt off for min wage,trying to get back on track with training and diet but just cant get my mojo back lol,,
