Starting a cycle early as a one off is it that bad

I'm due to take 9 weeks off from cycle but due to some thing later on in the year i will need to start it about 10 days early ,as a one off is it going to do that much harm ,lifestyle off cycle has been pretty much the same as on

I would say it would be fine, just next time have an extra 10 days off to make up for it

10 days subtracted from a 9 week off period isn't going to make a world of difference so don't sweat it IMO.
No need to take an extra 10 days off next time either, its not like your body is going to remember and want payback or anything :)

Reality it is 10 days is here nor there - longer generally = safer.

I would wait ... I personally like a 3 to 4 month break at least, but then again I'm no doc, but I do like to listen to my body. ;)
