Starting a fresh.. help needed 27 January 2012 21:13 (permalink)
I am starting a fresh and might need a bit of guidance from the pros.. What i want to do is strip back the little fat that i have got before i start a lean bulk. My stats are as follows (taken from the scales in boots):
weight - 72 kg
height - 5' 11"
bmi - 22.5
body fat- 19.7%
I no these r not too accurate!

What i eat on a typical day is:
~breakfast - (1) scoop of whey, 1/4 cup of oats in water (2) 3 egg omelet with deli chicken
~dinner - 150g chicken breast, 100g green beans, 50g broccoli
~tea - lean meat of some sort, 100g boiled potatoes, 50-100g broccoli
~supper - scoop of whey in milk.

I dont really know the ratio of fats, protein and carbs that i need on a daily basis.. is there a calculation that i can use to find this out?
Any help with this would be great!!
